Came across this, thought I'd share it...re: the 16th Amendment

From the Page -

"On January 10, 2008, the Federal District Court in Chicago issued a permanent injunction against me on the grounds that I was falsely telling people the 16th Amendment was not ratified. The Court refused to look at the evidence of the non-ratification of the 16th Amendment, deciding that the facts necessary to prove my statement was true were "irrelevant," What has America come to when the government can accuse you of lying and prohibit you from presenting a defense in a so called court of law? My attorney, Jeffrey A. Dickstein, will be filing an appeal to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. I urge you to review the pleadings filed in this case so you can see for yourself the tyranny being practiced in our courts."

An Idea...Since this was

An Idea...Since this was done in 1984, it would be cool to update the mission this man took with new tech. A small team of researchers could go to each state, find whether the state ratified the amendment, and make a short 3-5 minute video. This idea could go viral rather quickly, because it applies to everyone and could result in a huge payoff for the American people if it stands up to scrutiny. Let's flesh out an outline...

"You are a den of Vipers.I intend to rout you out and by the Eternal God I will rout you out."

For an informed citizenry, individuals must discard the television set in favor of the acquisition of information via either books and/or the internet. An uneducated populous will remain in ignorance and thus continue to suffer the sharp ax of tyranny.
