Well we made it...

The house is gone. Officially. I do not know the outcome of the auction, but we had to work all night on the 15th into the wee hours of the morning to get everything out. I had no idea we had accumulated that much STUFF in 3 1/2 years. We weren't going to bring any of our garage sale items from our last garage sale, but we were talked into it by some friends that informed us that garage sales are really big where we moved to.
Just to keep things sort of quiet, we really didn't tell many people where we went. We are in a rental house that is smaller than our old house but that's alright. The land is beautiful and we are renting from an individual not a company and I like the anonymity of that. There is plenty of room for a garden and for us to have our chickens and get more as spring approaches...now if I can just find a tiller to borrow because I don't have the money to buy or rent one.
They don't want to work with us on the van still. I'm very concerned about this because it's the only vehicle we have that can hold all of the children. They want $2000 and then I would still have to pay $410 month for the next 4 months to have it paid off even after the bankruptcy. They aren't wanting to reaffirm it unless they have that money...I've been paying on the thing since 2002. It seems such a shame that they won't work with us over $3600. I'm not sure of the repercussions, but we didn't tell them we moved so I am quite sure that they could swear out a warrant for my arrest when they can't find it to repo it. But I don't know what else to do.
If anyone has placed soap orders and has not received them, I will have them out to you shortly. We worked morning, noon, & night to get out of the house before the 16th and are finally getting back to some semblance of normalcy and getting soap & lotion made and out. Thanks for your patience & all of your concern.

Now that we are in our new place I will be able to focus more on putting our name out there again.
It's very difficult getting moved and trying to run a business or two for that matter. People just don't seem to understand that you are only one person. There isn't some "team" of people. It's just us.

of good folks out there remembering you in their prayers and I hope you fare well. I am just about to go through a move myself. House is listed,cheap, and I am going to be going to a whole new area of the country where I will not know anyone. But I will not owe anyone either. Good luck and good life.
