Can someone explain why Henry Kissinger is involved with the NSC (National Security Council)?

As the most recent National Security Advisor of the United States, I take my daily orders from Dr. Kissinger, filtered down through Generaal Brent Scowcroft and Sandy Berger, who is also here. We have a chain of command in the National Security Council that exists today.”

Ya, thats about right. It's because he was one of the first
people to set up the Tri-lateral Commission along with Zbigniew Breshinski and Jimmy Carter. They are all in bed with David Rockefeller. The National Security Council was also set up after WWII by the bankers.

This National Security is a system of force that will shut down news, airwaves, telephone systems, intercept calls, in charge of satellite, and monitors the internet.
They are the gatherers of names that end up on the 'No Fly List'. Their agents are everywhere in the financial, political, intellectual and ecclesiastical sectors of our lives. Which means all aspects of our lives hence the 'all seeing eye' symbol that really means God, but they usurped it to mean their 'control' of all of us.
