The arrest was made in 2006.
The law against feeding the homeless in Orlando was overturned in October of 2008.

I'm glad he brought mass media attention but it's not like
Olando has made feeding homeless people illegal altogether. They have size limits and permit requirements. Sounds like balanced public safety to me.
What if some Illuminati group fed 500 homeless with rat poison laced stew? Orlando would be sued out the ass for liability and negligence.
