Worse than the civil service bill-No more protests, or marches!!!

Just in case the impact of the civil service bill isn't enough, this one is a little more blunt and to the point: (my apologies if this has already been posted)

I'm pretty sure that...
that clause is in there in order to keep people who are being paid by the government from attempting to influence policy. They're trying to keep people from creating a political army and maintaining it with public money; the bill will not keep average citizens from protesting.
To put in very bluntly: Only people on the dole will have their rights impinged upon; that's the price of government aid.
As a volunteer 'employee' of the U.S. government they
can make you do whatever they want. In reality, some of those prohibitions have to be there because they could be construed as government trying to end run around the establishment clause and such.
There is one real easy way not to let this bother you or lose any sleep over it:
DO NOT accept federal student aid. For that is who will be required to submit to the 'service' aspect of the program and then incur all these restrictions.
Seriously people, most laws do not apply to everyone. They can't. You have to volunteer yourself into falling under their jurisdiction. So... don't do it.
Please understand we enslave ourselves through contract
The protests, as well as religious activities, are prohibited for participants of the approved service positions.
You or I can protest, unless we are dumb enough to sign up for this program.
We need to all study the law instead of instigating violent rebellion. Please check out teamlaw.org.

Choice of eating, (did you
Choice of eating, (did you see where the jobs will be given first choice to those who have signed the "contract"?) or choice of starving? Between this and bill HR 875, looks to me like there will be expected compliance right away-this is the absolute worst bill I have ever seen, if people have no voices to speak with, they become as mindless robots.
"Volunteer" my foot
The problem is this "volunteer" organization will be foisted on us through coercion. It sounds so good on paper but they are not leaving anyone out. Even retirees are mentioned. They will enforce this "volunteer" organization by making it virtually impossible not to. For example, Social Security benefits will be modified based on your "volunteer" status or college loan money will be modified based on your "volunteer" status. It gets ugly.

Wait just a minue!
First we will be required in some way shape or form (required service if you go to school, etc) to take a national approved service position which requires that you don't peaceably assemble, influence legislation or union decisions, campaign for parties, etc, etc?
Hmm... let me think. Our constitution says something about this.. oh yeah, EVERY SINGLE CLAUSE OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT.

Does anyone know any
thing about Rep George Miller, it's his amendment?
Make your self heard some way or another.
Protesting won't go away . . . they're dream'n !

Sounds Like
a great bill to have a huge protest against!

Therefore the soul deceives and despises."

What is that?
An amendment to a bill only supported by Democrats. I can't believe they have a bill like that. It is totally unconstitutional. Blatantly unconstitutional. People have no idea what they have done giving the Democrats the majority everywhere. We are in for it. That is so awful!
