MIAC Report = Blatant Treason?
They clearly stated that they are using as an indicator for "terrorist" activities those who express support for the U.S. CONSTITUTION.
While there may be some things in their report that they can get away with as being at least a tidbit justifiable, how the hell does any government report come out with any negative connotation for people who are clearly the bedrock of our Constitutional Republic?
Given that all government and military (and even law enforcement as far as I know) take an OATH TO THE CONSTITUTION, is it not blatantly obvious that this attempt to lump Constitution supporters in with "terrorists" is on its face an act of clear treason against the Republic?
Any government individuals who were involved in overseeing the completion of this report and the inclusion of language casting suspicion on SUPPORTERS OF THE CONSTITUTION, should be looking at charges of treason.
Military and law enforcement need to be made aware of this.

This past Friday, the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) filed a Freedom of Information Act suit against the Virginia Department of State Police in an effort to uncover whether the federal government has been interfering in the state's open government legislation. EPIC suspects that the feds are trying to use the state police to pressure the Virginia legislature into passing a bill that will put limits on the state's open government laws and will encourage citizens to inform on one another by protecting anonymous tipsters from defamation and invasion of privacy lawsuits.
Why do the feds care about HB1007, the Virginia bill that open government advocates have decried as a major affront to privacy, civil liberties, and government accountability? In a word, it comes down to "fusion."

In a confrontation, officers may kill with impunity.
Further, what about the extinctions and dislocation of all living things and creatures at break neck speeds. The out of control financial sectors are a fraction of the damage done thru intensive industrial systems that are used to wage war and an ever increasing waste of natural resources.
We tree huggers are from before the constitution was written;
the natural laws were first.
Millions of living things and creatures are dead, dying or living in chaos, just like millions of people around the planet.
These regimes are more than treasonous, they are murderous and insane.
It is not widely understood, but I am assumig the constitution would protect all living things and creatures, including humans, from the destabilizing and deceitful regimes of oppression.

You're exactly right, it is a direct attack on the very foundation of our form of government, by government officials. Quite Orwellian. Include this in the class action lawsuit.

So who
can make the charges? How do we get then tried? Seems logical they should be tried by the highest court in the land and the sentence be decided by the people. There is no doubt it an act of treason and an attempt to conspire to get others to commit acts of treason. Inciting unlawful behaviour by law enforcement. You name it. Where is the lawyer that is patriot enough to take the case?

What people don't understand about the MIAC doc is that Missouri is not the only state that has these type of profiling docs..it just happened to be the state where one was leaked! MIAC is the Missouri "Fusion Center" of which there are 58-70 such "Fusion Centers" nationally.
Thier funding comes through the DHS to the tune of $327 million of OUR TAX dollars and all the information is shared through various federal and state agencies and databases. This is a bi-partisan issue! Anti-war groups, anti- death penalty groups, and anti abortion groups also have been profiled as well as others and many abuses resulting from the over-zealous intelligence gathering and sharing have been documented.
I take exception to people responding to this as if it is only a Missouri issue and not addressing the National issue I feel with the gaining media attention surrounding this we are missing a huge opportunity! Our 1st ammendment rights are clearly being violated by these Fusion Centers profiling! If this doesn't get people to wake up ..I fear nothing will!
