Working on more marketable Tea Party site

I'm working on an alternative Tea Party site that I hope to be more marketable to the mainstream and uninformed. It's at TeaPartyMoneyBomb.com.

Please let me know what you think.

Alternative Tea Party Site

Don't know how I feel about having a second site, but you need to correct a few minor errors.
1. "bales" not "bails" (2 times)
2. no "the" before "Boston Harbor" (2 times)

There are a few other changes that need to be made, but it would be easier in an e-mail instead of in this forum. Is there a way to contact you that way?

I like it, the other one

I like it, the other one might be too edgy for the "older" crowd. Why not add up the number of donors of both site? (ie total for the first site + total for the 2nd site = total which is shown on both site. The date is the same so what does it matter which site people pledge to?

The has delivered 4000

The has delivered 4000 babies line always goes well...

One additional thought:

One additional thought: This should be front and center on each and every Ron Paul site created.

Brief Overview of Congressman Paul’s Record:

He has never voted to raise taxes.
He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He has never taken a government-paid junket.
He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.

He voted against the Patriot Act.
He voted against regulating the Internet.
He voted against the Iraq war.

He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.

Congressman Paul introduces numerous pieces of substantive legislation each year, probably more than any single member of Congress.

Will do.

Will do.

Go for it - the site we have

Go for it - the site we have now is a joke set up by Paul-o-cons for Paul-o-cons.

List the issues, feature the man, and take the f*cking ego out of it.

I would not make a new tea party site here is why

I think if you dilute the amount of supporters to the main site, it won't look as good or won't seem to have momentum which is really needed.

Can link

I can link the numbers from both sites. I'm considering this.

suggestion

I am not sure whether the idea of a "bomb" is very mainstream; I know personally one guy who didn't participate in Nov 5 because he is opposed to bombs as such - is the bomb the best we can do?

BP

Fireworks? Tsunami? Wave?

Fireworks? Tsunami? Wave? Earthquake? Bonanza?

Three if by Wallet
Wampum Blast

and my favorite

Legal Tender Matinee

BP

Not sure...

I really don't like the current teaparty site that Trevor made, I hope he makes it easier to understand to the layman (most people) on these issues.

I Like It

Good job, Devon.

there should only be ONE teapartysite

Competition

I think competition is good for the project.

The date is the same. This

The date is the same. This isn't competition! All efforts add up.

The other tea party site

The other tea party site turns a lot of people off. No one understands the "inflation tax." It doesn't excite them. Everybody understands the income tax.

What about the war tax.

What about the war tax. Everybody dislike the war? Inflation is a hard to understand concept.

the one we have is fine. no

the one we have is fine.
no need for two.

Not Bad

I like the look. Lots more work to do to it but a good start.
