Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia , as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks..
Separately, Rudd angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques. Quote:

I am afraid you are referring to a speech held by our former
Premier John Howard. This is old stuff, and it has been circulating around the internet lately.
Personally, living in Australia, I have a feeling this speech having resurfaced is a set up to fire up racial hatred. It appears to co- incide with warnings that a terrorist attack is a real possibility.
Remember, we are supposed to not like Muslims.

that's been circulating for a number of years.
Someone just changed the name in the same story from the former Prime Minister John Howard to the new Prime Minister Kevin Rudd,
and threw it back 'out there'.

Good speech, but is this not the same government that disarmed its people? That has imposed a National Animal Numbering System (their version of NAIS) that is putting their farmers and ranchers out of business and often in jail, over their cattle's lost ear tags? I used to admire the Aussies for being a lot like Americans but even stronger, more contrary, and more free in their attitudes and beliefs but they have gone straight into the sewer ahead of us.

Always admired the Aussie spirit. Some freedoms are simply lost when no one is looking; legislation passed in late night sessions when few are present. Happening in America.

I am NOT a Christian nor do I believe in their vengeful God but I respect THEIR right to believe in the Guild of left handed shoe polishers if they want.
