Tighter Controls on Food Tracing Needed?

Report about the need for stronger legal powers for FDA to "trace" the food.

I have a really easy solution for this, quit importing foods from other countries that we can grow perfectly well right here in America-support the local community, if you buy locally, you stand a much better chance knowing where your food came from and if it was handled safely. Oh I forget we are not to practice what is good common sense these days. Perhaps it is time to make our suggestions known to these people, they are having such a hard time knowing how to keep food safe these days.
