Hemp Is Not Pot: It's the Economic Stimulus and Green Jobs Solution We Need ... great article at www.alternet.org/environment/133055/hemp_is_not_pot
He didn't say he was against legalizing it
He just said he doesn't believe its a good strategy to grow the economy.
Many in his administrations, including Hillary, are focusing on the collateral damage of drugs (e.g. Mexican cartels) and not their impact on users. It's getting a lot of press in the media. I doubt these things are coincidences. Personally, I think they're positioning themselves to see if they can do it.

GOP is against legalizing
I'm hoping Arnold won't appease them by not signing.

YouTube won't let me post comments
I guess they don't like my point of view or something. Anyone else feel free to post these comments for me:
"There was one question that ranked fairly high (hehe)"
(btw it was ranked #1 - that's fairly high don't you think, Barrack - are you high?)
"I don't know what this says about the online audience"
(if you use the internet you must be high)
"I don't think this is a good strategy to grow our economy"
(by OUR economy, he is talking about the built in government gravy train that exists by keeping pot illegal)
This would have been a much better way to answer this question:

I only have one question
Why this post is NOT on the front page?
A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves.

same here. The US stands to
same here. The US stands to make 41 billion dollars per annum in savings and tax revenue just by legalizing pot. I know it's politically not-ok to suggest something like that but we are BROKE. Those funds would REALLY help us and HURT the mafia and terrorist organizations, not to mention help keep pedophiles, rapists and murderers behind bars.
You KNOW guys........ hehehe
this TRULY is an opportunity for recruitment! There are Obama supporters who were interested in "individual liberties" and "the war" and "torture". The people who voted for him because of principles. THEY are getting a bit uneasy at his hedging on his promises, and some are even outraged. But the MAJORITY of brainwashed minions don't know beans about any of that... OR about all of the horrid economic programs. But they DO know that they WANT Marijuana legalized, and that he said he would do it.
This actually may be a HUGE downfall for Obama among his minions! And WHO is out there with the guts to take on drug legalization???? hmmmmmm?????? Why RON PAUL! This could be a HUGE recruitment tool! Think about it.

Here's link> Obama 2004 speaking decriminalization: 45 sec.

And never forget, “Humans, despite our artistic pretensions, our sophistication and many accomplishments, owe the fact of our existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains.”
He's pretty vague there (and probably intellectually confused)
1) 1st he says that the war on drugs "has been an utter failure"
2) next he says the we "need to decriminalize our marijuana laws"
3) he then says that he doesn't "believe in legalization" of marijuana.
My question:
-how the heck is he defining the terms "legalize" and "decriminalize"? The politicians have made such a mess with these two terms...
Just my Opinion
Legalize = Taxed at every level
Decriminalized = Taxed only when you get caught (fines)
2nd that

Yes, that makes sence.

And never forget, “Humans, despite our artistic pretensions, our sophistication and many accomplishments, owe the fact of our existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains.”
Probably an issue of personal versus commercial uses.
The honorable canabis is steadfast throughout the world (ask a sailor).
Her highness canabis manifest in brotherhood (ask a Rastafarian).
Canabis is amoung the most historical plants that ever lived, further has been written about even moreso. The unveiling has arrived.
The issues on canabis (marijuana) and on canabis (hemp) are surfacing, viewed around the world on vedio and personal observation.
I'd like to see the war on drug industry treated as in bankruptcy.
So many secrets, much forgiveness is necessary.
It takes so much time to unravel the stimulous and to unravel the war on drugs; but I think we can dismantle them easier than dismantling the bankster sector. (they always show up everywhere, anyway).
Push back the war on drugs. It is the tool of the police state.
This push for fairness and respect for the honorable canabis is from the people's of the world. Not from Hillary or Barrack. (tyranny)
But as far as I'm concerned, the people will prevail on the canabis issues.
Especially in personal use as in no prescription needed.
And never forget, “Humans, despite our artistic pretensions, our sophistication and many accomplishments, owe the fact of our existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains.”
