Are We the People starting to grow a backbone? . . . Finally?

This column is archived at

Well, there is still hope for liberty after all! After multiple thousands of phone calls, emails, faxes, and other communications from outraged citizens, the State of Missouri has rescinded its controversial "militia" report. This proves the point I made in this column recently that the most effective way to fight an ever-encroaching federal leviathan is to focus on our individual states.

Let me review the events of the last few weeks so as to help readers familiarize themselves with this historic--and I do mean historic--episode.

On February 20, 2009, the State of Missouri, via its Department of Public Safety, issued what was called "MIAC Strategic Report: The Modern Militia Movement." In this report, people who supported Presidential candidates Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and yours truly were referenced as being connected to potentially dangerous "militia members." But the inference did not stop there. People of conservative ideology were also identified in the State Police report as being potentially dangerous. People who held political opinions opposing abortion, illegal immigration, the New World Order, the North American Union, the Income Tax, the U.N., etc., were profiled in the MIAC report.

Interestingly enough, no left-leaning political ideologies were identified.
No Islamic extremists. No environmental extremists. Only people holding "conservative" or "right-wing" philosophies were identified in the MIAC report.

The MIAC report was categorized as "Unclassified/Law Enforcement Sensitive,"
meaning the report was intended for law enforcement personnel only.
Fortunately, an unidentified (for obvious reasons) Missouri law enforcement officer, who was extremely disturbed by this report, sent a copy to nationally syndicated radio talk show host Alex Jones. Of course, Jones immediately "blew the whistle" on the story. This was on March 11.

Let's call for an investigation

of the ADL, and the SPLC, as criminal co-conspirators with the Dept. of Homeland Security in violating the rights of the people.

Don't let this drop. This is too important.

"There is yet another chilling question that must be answered: by saying Missouri State Police will "review" how MIAC distributes intelligence reports to police officers, does Col. Keathley mean that the State of Missouri's law enforcement agencies will continue to promote similar reports, but simply make them "Classified"? In other words, will they (and other State police agencies around the country) simply employ greater secrecy when issuing such reports, but do nothing to change the content of future reports? Hopefully not, but we shall see."

We need to redirect our focus to the rest of the states. I will work on Iowa.

I love Chuck's writing

I think what he writes is his strongest suit.

Dare to speak the truth

Chuck Baldwin---What a great writer!

Ah, yes...Morris Dees..

I've been waiting for him to resurface. I hope they find out it did originate from the Southern Poverty Law Center and then they sue the pants off that guy. He did Clintons bidding back in the 90's. Him and Chip Burlay, if anyone here remembers him, were all over the tv back then trying to portray
all the militias as anti-semitic, hate-filled, racists groups. Seems like old times.

By the way, anyone interested in seeing if your on their list..

by their list I mean the Southern Poverty Law Center. Here is just a sample of groups they track...these are the "Patriot" groups.

the Constitution Party shows up in every State on the SPLC list

as does the John Birch Society.

Makes ya wonder... is the Constitution Party the vehicle upon which we should be focusing our support? Band together in one loud, strong voice under the banner of the Constitution? It'd be tough for the MSM to talk trash about people who have united in support of the Constitution, wouldn't it? They'd really have to stretch to marginalize people who're in support of the rule of law..

Perhaps, instead of continuing to support the fake left-right paradigm and trying to take-over and resurrect the Republicans (which is probably a lost cause anyway). maybe we should throw everything we've got at the CP.

Minor clean-up on their platform and then MONEY BOMB.

It's common knowledge

that the SPLC is a proxy organization for the ADL.

This is just the first exchange after the bell in Round 1.

They are going to step up their offensive, with all their other Fusion Centers, and come back at us even harder now.
They will do it much more clandestinely, but they will plan to hit us hard because of this.
Traitorous tyrants are vindictive and vengeful, and they have alot of power.

The way to deal with this is to be ready to catch them again, when they take their step to try to come back at us.
We know they will do it.

Be ready for it. The fight has just escalated, and it's going to get rough.

And now

Bambam has changed the rules on obtaining FOIAs this month.

and remember, the best to win the larger battle is to do as the poster suggested...fight these battles state by state!

we overwhelm them on the state level and "they" can not hope to compete with us...one state at a time...

good job, missouri!
