One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest
OK, I have to admit it. The trailer actually made me cry. We fought so hard and we never give up.
I've been telling people that when our grandchildren grow up and ask "Why did you let this happen?" my response will be just like Jack Nicholson's in One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest (my favorite movie for 25 years finally knocked off by Last of the Mohichans) when he tried to pick up that granite plumbing station and throw it through the window to leave and the other patients said "nobody could lift that". After giving it his all and failing he said "But I tried, didn't I? Goddammit! At least I did that."

Wow, this is so wonderful
and Michael has the best laugh and smile. It is good to remember when we were so full of hope and energy. Oh, just to imagine if more people had got on board this revolution maybe we could have turned things around.

wondering when the talented supporters of Ron Paul would get something like this together! The RP Bimp, Tea Parties, The RP Air Corps, High Tide Video, numerous songs/music inspired by the grassroots movement to support his efforts for the Presidency.and so much more...All awesome efforts by The People chronicled in a DVD. I can't wait to see it!

I just feel all that commotion was overshadowed by the significant of Barrack Obama and Hilary Clinton bids. McCain? is that the best the republican can throw at the democrats? and Palin? The Rep had ran amok! Ron Paul was the best chance they had and they blew him out. Watching that trailer just made be feel it was all in vain. Imagine what could have happened! What should have happened! I cry out for my government who have sell us out. We need a new type of media, and new creative way to penetrate the mainstream media. We need to make it dramatic.

Believe it or not, however, the powers that be are not the powers that should be to maintain the Republic. Friends, taxpayers, countrymen we have been trampled by a system that has superior power. We may have won a few sympathetic hearts and minds but not the power to steer the ship back to safe harbor. Man the welfare foodstamp lifeboats! This is not working as planned we will be taxed into high heaven.

I was just thinking...
If this film is what i think it is that is an hour and a half (not of feel good shots of Ron Paul Supporters) but of a thorough explanation of just what happened in 2007/8... the whole story... what it was like, and what happened... this will be something like the most important film in a long time. no doubt.
Its got to be good though...
The one thing they should remember is that a LOT of people still haven't heard of Ron Paul (thats why they aren't as enthusiastic as us yet). if my memory serves me correct it took me about 6 minutes to say this is my guy; if this film gives a good crash course of not just what we like but why we like it (liberty), it'll be the greatest piece of history in recent memory.
This looks like a feel-good movie, unfortunately any movie about this time in history will be incredibly sad. I mean if you listen to what he says, and believe what he says...then we face a collapse of the dollar/ most severe depression, more wars and probable draft, erosion of the bill of rights... I mean this could potentially stir things up a bit... i mean there is no doubt that he was right all along... it will be evident.
...Then when its all distant past, maybe 100 years from now, when John McCain's great grandson is running for pres talking about... "my friends, whadya say to a hundred MORE years in iraq..." somebody somewhere might find this video, and say, "hmmm."

Double negatives?
Only "gabagabagaba we did nothing" sounds like "We Did Nothing". It seems to me a phrase to avoid, from the NLP point of view. I suggest something ending in "gave it our best shot" or so. :-)

denotes a finality, an ending...this revolution is a very long way from being "over"...
"Let it not be said we did nothing." This phrase not only portrays an ongoing struggle, as it actually speaks to the past, present, and future, it also heralds and brings to light the patriotic stand of heroes in the American past and lends a certain legitimacy to our fight to keep our liberties!
I suggest you reconsider your suggestion as your "gabagabagaba" speak will be, I think, shouted down here in this forum. While you seem to portray a "down home" Australian type of english that might actually see this as a double negative, here in our American english of the past, this would never come off as such.

I loved watching Michael laugh (I suggest that's a keeper shot).
It really brings back that passion we shared, however, many of us were very considerate where we plastered rEVOLution banners and posters.
A well placed rEVOLution banner meant everything, and perhaps I am wrong to be so pridefull, but I am proud that my major rEVOLution banner remained standing for four and a half months on highway 1 (Pacific Coast Highway) and Hwy 20, a major intersection to "The lost coast". I know it lasted as long as it did because I had permission to plant it, and it amused everyone, because the GOP is nothing but a third party here.
