Google his name and select pictures then look at all the other pictures of him you'll notice a couple things:
1. No other picture of him (that I saw) has him wearing a hat like that. He's always wearing a wrap or cloak but no hat.
2. The eyebrows on Fox's picture are different than others and the nose is narrower on Fox's picture.
This guy has had many pictures taken and most of them, he has not covered himself completely.
Plus, if the establishment believes this story, why haven't they arrested him?
