This was an April Fool's Day prank from last year played on a group of commuters in an Antwerp train terminal.

The founder of "Improv Everywhere", Charlie Todd, just linked to a Jack Cafferty CNN article on his website yesterday, where Jack questions the effectiveness of the 'War on Drugs'. I don't care much for Jack Cafferty, but maybe this Charlie guy could be persuaded by the freedom message? I'm off to e-mail him.
