Easy fix for the return address issue
Put the address of another POLITICIAN!!
For example, send the tea bag to their office in Washington and use the return address of another representative or Senator from your state. Or even better, use THEIR office address.
It just has to be 'a' return address, not 'your' return address.
At the least, it will be 'returned' to another politician who needs to get one anyway. At best, THAT politician will be harassed by police for 'sending' it.
If they are really vile bastards, put their wive's or children's names along with the return address.

I didn't put my return address on anything, but anyone with any type of human brain would know what it was and why. One of them just had to make a big deal out of it to see if they could shut us up or scare us in to submission in the future.
