The Risk of Violence if high and set for a most certain Flash Point.
What that certain spark is, we can only speculate. Something is very wrong. To those of us who live in snow country, we can feel it's advance in the air, like a six sense.
The same for those who live in similar conditions, but, native to their environment, storms, hurricanes, tornadoes... floods etc.
For those of us who are at the front end of this, in witnessing a usurpation by our radicalized elected Representatives, who are drunk with power and hell-bent on dismantling our government in an effort to form a New World Order.
We are near constant frustration and agitated perhaps, in our attempts to wake up the media and the American people to the fact that our own government is acting in willful contravention of the limits set on our federal government by our constitution.
Grabbing authority of powers, exceeding limits, far outside the checks and balances of both our US and State Constitutions, and still grasping new powers forbidden by our constitution. Thus, eliminating the checks and balances, unlawfully and without a constitutional amendment.
Two branches of government; The Executive, and Legislative Branches, have worked in willful co-conspiracy to deny the people of their ultimate privilege to bring these matters through the courts of law. Courts that we have long established to hear our arguments and to render Justice.
With fresh allegations, and with proofs offered, we now learn that even our most prized mediator; The United States Supreme Court, our 3rd Branch of Government, has criminal elements and crimes taking place in it, before our eyes. Yet, the court has not moved to take action, against the usurpers!
Usurpers have stopped the normal passage of good jurisprudence, have shut down and compromised the natural legal process of the Supreme court.
Not unlike the first American revolution, as our founding fathers yearned for freedom and for independence from a foreign government, they from Great Britain; and we, from oppression, driven, by a totalitarian foreign government, called Washington!
We have been ignored by the executives from the last and now the present administration, our elected representatives ignore us as well.
They ignore our wishes and trample our rights as if they were not declared and affirmed by the courts, by the very document that they themselves are governed by; and all have taken an oath.
That oath is to preserve, protect and defend; The Constitution of The United States, of which, the Bill of Rights is, as attached, part of it.
They ignore us, yet the chief executive has left our native soil, to conspire with other foreign governments to form alliances and to advance a change in our currency not of our own, but that which belongs to the world. Our sovereignty, our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, our People, nor our way of life, is to ever be held for other Nations, to mingle, or to metal in our affairs, nor have we surrendered our constitution, nor our bill of Rights, nor have we agreed to be subjugated by other Nations or by a Federal Reserve Banking System!
The List is endless, yet, here we are, a political and economic storm is heading our way, it's turbulence, it's thunderhead, is now intensifying and felt by almost every American. We see the protest in other countries around the world...
So yes, against our wants, to just be left alone, to think and do as Americans, as we please. We sense, that to weather this coming storm, we have come to a point, we have no choice. It's time and we must now Rambo-Up !
We are forced to join together as Americans, each in our own community, to defend each other from the coming crime wave as robberies, murders, rapes, car-jackings and home invasions are most sure to increase as the economic downturn places millions more out of work.
As the cost of fuel and prices rise again, as inflation takes hold, as a result from the Federal Reserve and our government printing to many dollars and putting to much credit into the financial system.
From our government usurping restraints on itself, and blatantly nationalizing banks, financial, industrial and insurance companies.
Our two branches of government, meddling outside the bounds of there authority, will have caused the second real estate mortgage collapse, that being, the commercial building real estate collapse.
As more businesses lay off employees, those former employees will no longer be able to service their share or our nations 14 trillion dollar consumer credit debt. And so; our government's meddling outside it's authority, will cause the third financial collapse of our economy. The Consumer Credit Card Collapse.

Yesterday, despite manipulation by the
Republican old guard, a lot of new people began to hear ideas of freedom they hadn't been exposed to before. The media and DHS also treated them to a taste of the lies and distortions we've known for years.
Some of these new ones will educate themselves and help educate others.
But remember what they'll be going through: when I first encountered Freedom to Fascism and many other works that kept opening my eyes wider I was so horrified, then so outraged, sometimes it took days to get my emotions under control. It will be an even harder path for some of the new seekers since the situation is even worse now.
I think our most potent message is that we stand for full freedom and peace.
Commonly the freedom part overshadows the peace principle. Truly they are the same, but most people are far from seeing that. If we make it an inseparable message, the media and police types can't distort what we stand for. It will help dissolve their fear card.
It also will help newbies to work through their emotions and come up with a clear understanding of what freedom is, the same as peace.

Peace
The Federal court system is NOT designed for justice.
The State and local courts have jury trials, which prevent the government ( through the Judgeship) from circumventing the will of the people. The Federal court system was specifically set up without juries, to prevent the will of the people trumping the government ( and who controls it) from getting what they desire.
Provocation is the answer
If we can provoke the government into doing something bad against us that captures the American imagination, we will have succeeded. Samuel Adams was a provocateur. He successfully goaded the British into firing on unarmed American civilians in the Boston Massacre, which (along with the Boston Tea Party) kicked off the American revolution.
The important thing to do is to keep the sympathy of the public on your side.
Say someone in our movement killed Bernanke or blew up the Federal Reserve, this would NOT end the Federal Reserve. Someone else would slide in to fill those positions and they would now have public sympathy on their side. Imagine if the 9-11 terrorists had crashed a plane into the Federal Reserve instead of the two towers. Do you think the Fed would have gone away? I think they would revel in the sympathy and public support.
Mind you US sympathy evaporated pretty quickly after 9-11. Maybe it would be short term sympathy, but emboldened long term awareness and hatred against the Fed? This is an area I'm not too confident about.

I do not agree with provoking the government.
What we must do, is to continue to respond to their miss-information; and to continue to reach out and inform the public with intellectual enlightenment and debate.
We must reinforce to our government, that we will not surrender our constitutionally protected civil rights; and to make clear to them, that they have broken the law and are now subject to the rule of law and criminal findings and punishment for trying to do so.
There has been no constitutional amendment to rescind our civil rights, nor any mechanism in our constitution for our government to do so, even on a temporary basis. Civil Rights are retained always by the people in perpetuity. They are the the barrier against despotism.
We must enforce and use our civil rights to protest our views strongly to our elected officials and to all of law enforcement as a whole.
Passing unlawful legislation that pretends to rescind our civil rights is unlawful, is punishable, and is fueling our anger.
We will not tolerate this oppression and that if they unleash violence against peaceful demonstrators. It is they and not the people that will cause the flash-point. In the end, it is they who will suffer the wrath and the painful consequences of jail and political crimes of their own making.
By Homeland Security singling out and labeling we the people, while we are engaged in defense and protest of our liberties, they themselves are guilty of starting and stirring hate crimes, thus, almost inching a constitutionally uneducated law enforcement to shoot, tear gas and taser citizens.
While I caution these next remarks and ask to draw limited reference to principle of argument. This is somewhat of the same tactic the Nazis did to the Jews.
Law enforcement, should take note. Protecting legislative law breakers instead of arresting them, is a conspiracy to commit crime on their part.
They risk jail themselves, along with loss of pensions, homes and property. All because they fail to read, understand and follow the constitution.
Also, for ourselves and members of homeland security, we must reference and read the Federalist Papers. Most of the strongest arguments for civil rights can be found there... The US Supreme Court references them frequently in sited cases.

Something visible and clearly understandable
The bailout thing is clouded in misunderstanding, even by seemingly intelligent people who think the bailouts are needed to save us all.
We need to *provoke* the government into doing something foolish, much how Samuel Adams provoked the British. We need them to make a symbol we can use. Ruby Ridge and Waco have become in many ways symbols of state repression. We need to something that is even more morally clear cut. We need a Rosa Parks back of the bus symbol that is easy to grasp. Not something you need a calculator to understand.

In order to make your argument sound more articulate, it is very important to ensure proper spelling and grammar. Every time there is an incorrect word, you loose credibility.Remember the difference between the sets of words that sound the same but are spelled differently:
to (I'm going to the store), two (number two (2)), and too (This is too much to handle; he is visiting his family too)
were (we were going to the store), where (where is the bathroom?), and we're (we're leaving now)
There (put it over there), their (it is their property), and they're (they're mad as hell)

Pissed off enough yet? I think that we are only an incident away from kick off. Count me out unless those politicians, fed criminals and others are not severely dealt with as they should be. No free pass. I mean the ones who have usurped our constitution past and present.

that we are being baited into violence. Is public unrest not just the excuse the gov't wants to impose martial law and send us all to camp?

He isn't baiting anyone into violence
He is calling on everyone and telling them now is the time for final preparations to DEAL with the violence which is coming.
He is specifically calling on patriots to be prepared and ready to THWART civil unrest, and do their duty to bring ALL criminals, civilians and government officials alike - to justice.
He is calling on people to prepare to DEFEND their lives, liberty, and property with arms - because that is what it may very well require.
You only need to pull the trigger when you are being directly threatened.
Most of the time, you will be surprised how much a criminal (government official included) will back off at the mere sight of a rife, or the sound of a pump shotgun.
A few hundred armed men and women appearing at city hall to make clear that there will be "no rations" "no camps" "no forced labor" "no forced vaccinations" or "registrations" or "chip implants" etc., will put an end to any chicanery on the part of their elected officials very quickly and very peacefully.
Government CANNOT handle this situation that is coming. They will need each and everyone of us to GOVERN OURSELVES in our own behaviors and NOT resort to violence. (which is what "self-government" is all about, it isn't just electing representatives)
Violence, and emphatic force are NOT the same thing.
A large group of concerned and determined citizens, armed and prepared to defend their liberty and property is not violent. Stealing their food, their money, and their homes IS violent no matter if it is done by civilian criminals or government ones.
Self defense, defense of life, liberty, and property, is NOT violence.
If all out "hot" engagements occur between the people and their government, the incidents will be few and short lived. Once word gets out that the first few have occurred, no matter who the victor, the rest of the nation will begin openly carrying arms at all times, and everyone will all of a sudden become VERY polite to one another.

Thugs and criminals who remain hell bent on violent means of survival or attempts to exercise power and authority they don't have, will be dealt with swiftly and with finality. The worst of it should last about one month. After which most of the criminals will be dead or will have given up and decided to become productive, and the remaining few will be dealt with as they are come across.
No politician will have the stomach for protracted warfare in his hometown against his own neighbors. He won't last that long anyway. There just aren't enough troops to protect him.
If any hot war lasts longer than one month it will be because the people themselves have come down on opposing sides, and it may or may not be entirely on the side of the government. It will also most likely be very localized or regionalized depending on the issues causing the rift.

It's also some sort of Stockholm syndrome, we fear our oppressors so much we find any excuse we can to avoid confrontation with them. The men of this country are mentally castrated because if they had found thier balls they would have planned and carried out some sort of organized resistance by now.
But we're all just scattered sitting ducks waiting for some mystical call to arms from some romantic patriotic story. We can't even come together on what agenda to promote at the next rally...
I fear for this country and all of us. We're all waiting for someone else to do the heavy lifting.We are stifled by our own confusion and lack of leadership. Anyone who steps up to make the call is shouted down as a provocateur or is is compromised by fake patriot disruptors
We might as well accept our fate there will be little if any organized resistance it will be everyone for himself. By the time the sheep wake up to a fullness of their terrible situation it will be too late to mount any kind of organized resistance to tyranny.

Is it possible he could be our future leader in resistance? He's intelligent and organized, just not on a large scale. How does this change? Recruitment? Generals? Organize is the answer, getting followers is the hard part. We need large scale leadership. I'm just waiting to know there is enough people who truly believe they need their freedom. I don't see it. My aim right now is to educate.
Folks await a frontal assault that will never come
They know they have to take us one at a time, so that is what they do. NOW. Currently ongoing. "War on Drugs" has put a HUGE libertarian population behind bars for smoking pot.
Next, they know if they fly Apache choppers over a city and open fire, the enitre military, police force, etc will suddenly have an epiphany, and they do NOT want that. So they "protect" us with poisonous food, medication and water. Slowly kill the masses, one by one incarcerate the liberty lovers, and soon all the drones are reporting to their cubicle and all of us just slipped into nothingness...
The day will come when you must chose whether to stand and fight or passively submit. Sadly we had a chance to stand together, but I have come to believe we will all make our stand when they come to our personal front door.

Folks forget what they had, they can't remember things not being the way they are right now,(heck the average person thinks o'bama was president during the 1st bailout), and they don't see how much they have lost.
So when the next "change" comes they fuss about it, but then rationalize, "we haven't lost that much as compared to last week". And they forget how much they have lost in the last 146 years.
