SORRY
Those with the power would be your President 's justice DEPT...HA HA ..So the founding fathers were CON-MEN too.???? I don't think so some lost their life...Ask the CON=MEN of today to give up ANYTHING ...HA!!!!
you-no
Yeah, The dummies
That ones that were regular joes ( the ones the key players tricked ), they lost they're lives, but not the key players, hell.. the key players lived out their lives, being taken care of by hundreds of slaves. It's just common sense, to realize that we came here to escape taxation, and some how without a vote or a signature of the rest of the regular colonists, we ended up with a document that gave a few centralized folks the absoliute power of taxation and law making. Doesn't that seem a little odd to you? Why would that happen? I mean the colonists were fighting the british, fighting, indians, fighting diseases, fighting harsh weather, why the hell would they need one more thing holding them down? Taxing them again! Why? If taxation is a force, how do we control them especially when they have the power to tax and no one else does! How many of you, actually believe that the King allowed the colonists to just escape, and not have a hand in it? This has been an on going CON people. The even tell you when they're conning you! CONstitution, CONgress, CON CON. Even if the states break away, you will still have a bunch of mini-mees. You will still be taxed, and regulated, because that is gubberments lifeblood, CONTROL, and they will still figure out how to unite for power. You have to remember that there is a top to this chain. We are ruled and owned by a bloodline, and it has alway's been that way.
In order to have treason
They have to be doing something wrong. What makes you think they're doing anything wrong? Is there a law against global government? Now if your going to start in about the constitution, you don't have a leg to stand on. First off, none of the regular populace signed it. So it wasn't valid to the people. The second thing is, none of the regular colonists got a vote, so that would lead you to believe it was forced on the people. Now the foundation of the constitution was giving the centeralized powers of taxation and law making to a select few. And we laugh at the indians trading Manhattan for some beads...Come on people, after gaining the control of taxation and law making, they had us. They gave us the Bill of rights, to make sure it stuck long enough to finish the agenda. It was a rogue operation from the begining, and it wasn't valid. The got us by deceit. The show is being ran by deciet now. Nothing has changed, except they are no longer hiding it.
so what's your point?
It's still not good enough to know all these issues bearing in mind we are powerless. We know why we are powerless yet we still cannot reverse it.
Treason alert
is at organe level today.. Their could be a possiblity of another tyrannical take over of another major car manufacutrer. Inside sources say you should be on the watch out for suspicious charachters parading as elected officials claiming to support the constitution.

Exactly
It makes me irate that the media presents this information as if they are just finding out about it. We all know that every corporation is criminal but we are never going to change that fact....

"The body is but a vessel for the soul,
A puppet which bends to the soul's tyranny.
And lo, the body is not eternal,
For it must feed on the flesh of others,
Lest it return to the dust whence it came.
Therefore the soul deceives and despises."

Indeed. Where are those with the power to start arresting them?
Banksters running around demanding a global government / currency is treason also.

Who can enforce the constitution? - see this thread
There was quite the debate a few weeks back on this thread I started about who can enforce the constitution
http://www.dailypaul.com/node/87074
It's basically the people, they are the only one who can enforce the constitution by electing representatives who will truly uphold the constitution. Law enforcement officers and military swear a duty to uphold and defend the constitution, but these people have too much to loose potentially by trying to enforce it. They might be imprisoned or jailed by military tribunal or some other beaurocracy.
I've been pondering about Ron Paul or someone else putting up a bill in congress that would suspend any laws or bills passed that violate the constitution. These bills would be reviewed by the supreme court. Also, any bill passed or made by congress must also have the supreme court validate whether it violates any part or portion of the constitution or also any amendment thereof.
The supreme court would actually be doing their duty at that point by acting as another branch of government, with actual authority.
I think completely hi-jacking the supreme court too is a more difficult task in some ways than hi-jacking congress. The supreme court's duties are clearly defined as protectors of the constitution.
It basically boils down to this: people are fallable and can be corrupted, so basically anyone can be corrupt. We just need to start electing people with pro-constitutional track records who aren't criminals or sellouts to lobbyists.
