Need help finding old Gov video.

I need to find a video I either saw on here or in a documentary I saw posted on here. I already searched extensively and couldn't locate it.

The film is a 50's gov film about america beware of men with plans because they end up being tyrants. Maybe it was on zeitgeist or something?

anyway, I need the raw footage and cant find it on the prelinger archives.
