Looking for feedback on H. R. 450 Enumerated Powers Act

The short summary of the bill is: "To require Congress to specify the source of authority under the United States Constitution for the enactment of laws, and for other purposes." (the summary was found on opencongress.org and all credit is given to them)

I like the summary of the bill.

If I'm remembering

If I'm remembering correctly, I first learned about the Enumerated Powers Act from an article written by Ron Paul when the Bill was introduced a few years ago. Yes, Ron Paul supports this Bill.

The Enumerated Powers Act is probably one of the very best things that could be done in Congress to get our government back on track with the way things are supposed to be.

fantastic idea. This would put the constitution back in the public discourse. One of the reasons I am not as adverse to a printing press run by congress is that at least it would let people discuss monetary policy.

Wow, wouldn't that be

Wow, wouldn't that be something...following the constitution! I have often thought that every bill should be put into a computer analysis and see if it violates the constitution. I bet most would fail.

Is there a fax or letter prepared on this? It would be good to let our congress people know we want them to support HR 450?
