FBI group concerned about civil unrest attending Obama ineligibility?

From the Defend Our Freedoms Foundation comes this report referencing an FBI unclassified report that I was unable to find in a brief search on the http://www.fbi.gov/ Web site. I also checked http://www.infragard.net/ but it has no search function and a vacant general news page. Googling "Protective Intelligence Communication report " I note that this story has already been posted on at least five sites including Digg. What's needed is the report itself.

FBI InfraGard warns of a crescendo of public concern about Obama's eligibility

Tasked by the FBI to provide "informational analysis" on conditions which could be construed as potentially harmful to civil order and national security, InfraGard, of the FBI's National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC), issued an unclassified Protective Intelligence Communication report in March 2009 regarding the "crescendo" of public concern about Obama's presidential eligibility.

Authored by Dr. Lyle J. Rapacki, Protective Intelligence Specialist and Agent, the report summarizes the substance of legal challenges to Obama on the question of his constitutional eligibility and concludes that if it "should be discovered Mr. Obama is ineligible, a constitutional crisis would ensue attempting to determine which of his executive branch orders should be valid."

I was just thinking about why Obama...

Maybe Barack was picked over McCain because he was more controlable. For one, the CFR could blackmail him by simply threatening to suspend media silence on the little matter of his real birth records, which would purportedly prove he was inelligible to hold the office of president.

Also, supposing the elites needed an America in turmoil and civil unrest that would warrant an indefinite martial law clampdown, what better way to set it off than pull the plug on Obama?

I searched this info as well. I could find no such report. I did find a site which makes this Dr. Lyle J. Rapacki a wacko. It all sounded real and then I discovered the guy making the acusations against Rapacki was a admitted Wicca, Dr. Lyle J. Rapacki is supposedly a fraud dealing with Satanic stuff. Whom to believe????
