Force Congress to Follow the Constitution

The bill is called H. R. 450 Enumerated Powers Act

The short summary of the bill is: "To require Congress to specify the source of authority under the United States Constitution for the enactment of laws, and for other purposes." (the summary was found on opencongress.org and all credit is given to them)

This is a great idea. I can't believe I didn't hear about this yet. Of course, it's unlikely that it would pass, but at least we could use this to berate members of Congress for their lack of transparency. If only the media would start beating this drum...
