Ed and Elaine Brown

Many of you may not know Ed and Elaine Brown are currently in the Strafford County DOC jail in Dover, NH. They are there as a result of new charges that are being brought against them.

They have asked that the word be spread as to their location as they have not received letters from many who had been in constant communication with them and fear that people just may not know their current location and status.

I assumed that everyone who comes here would know who Ed and Elaine Brown was. for those of you who dont I will provide some links for your reading pleasure. and thank you for getting this onto the front page to whoever did it. I thought that this would slip by and not be noticed as much. Being a guy who has fought the IRS for alot of years it takes its toll on you. Also I do believe it is about getting this information out to as many people as possible, because when they convein a grand jury for tax cases and the people have this information alot of people will not be convicted for tax cases.I am posting some links for Red beckman as well he advocates the jury nullification process.

who is the IRS poster boy this year.Last year it was Snipes. I have not heard of too many indictments this year. Although it has been Lindsy springer, who I bet will force them to drop there case because of what he has uncovered. Also jack ferm from the Justice foundation in nevada was indicted last month.

Lindsey is also representing a fellow employee of mine and they have them (prosecuters) backed in a corner. Lindsey can handle them with ease.

I've noticed a new trend emerging, I think it started with the Taxday Boston Tea Party people as a symbol of their commitment to take back control of our government.

They are giving the all seeing eye on the back of the one dollar bill a black eye with a black marker, or they are cutting out the eye with a hole punch. I hope this doesn't upset anybody.

It was over 2 Years ago and I wanted to know Their Status from Day-to-Day.
It was one of the Reports from Their local Journalist that Ed tossed Him a Freedom to Fascism DVD from His second story window and said "Watch This". As I wanted to know what was so special about it, I did.

I saw the Interview with a Congressmen (Ron Paul) and Thought "Wow, a Congressmen is saying the Income Tax is Illegal. Is this Guy for REAL?"

So I Google "Ron Paul"....

No one has ever been able to produce the law. There is at least $250,000 of reward money for anyone who can. But no one has ever been able to come up with it. So go ahead. Let us all know what it is. And collect your reward money in the process - that is, assuming you can find something that nobody else can. Good luck!

were shown the law, you misread my post, of course they didn't get shown the law nor did they pay. If you knew the story they were set up by sheriff's deputies posing as supporters, not because they finally agreed to pay. Since I know what happened I had no idea anyone would misread what I wrote. Read more carefully next time, that was an amazingly stupid comment.

How is it amazingly stupid that I would read this as you saying that they were shown the law? Anyway, I suppose I did misread it. I know all about the Browns and what happened to them. I just wanted to correct anyone who might be mistaken about the law and think that it actually exists.

the law doesn't exists, why would you read it this way? There is no law, everyone knows that. I was talking about the whole movement of "show us the law". Of course there isn't a law that's why the slogan is so important and profound. Oy!

......who these people are. Maybe say why they are being detained, and explain why we should know who they are in the first place. I have heard the names, but am not positive who they are. Are they the people who refused to pay taxes? Just curious, not complaining.

if the majority knew being locked up was unjust they most likely wouldn't be in jail. The majority is mostly in for the ride wherever the train takes them. You can just ignore them. They probably wouldn't mind if the train was headed to Auschwitz if you convinced them that it was for everyone's "good".
