I've studied facial expressions in conjunction with my portrait painting. Having done so, I came to understand why there are no really convincing actors. A fraction of a millimeter tug by just one facial muscle can completely change the meaning. Don't believe me? Click through the TV channels and see how many seconds it takes to discriminate the fiction from the candid shots and reality shows. Even the very best actors cannot pass the test.
Now, concerning Geithner... I assure you, that is a totally contrived expression. No surprise there. Hillary hasn't had a genuine expression on her face in decades.

I can say with no hesitation this guy is lying and should be in prison while Congress investigates all of the banks.
