this is social engeneeering at it's worse. Big pharma will reap the profits as the road to true full blown communism emerges. This legislation coupled with the UN's CRC (Council on the Rights of the Child) will be a population control on steroids. Really now, who in their right mind would want to have a "family" and subject themselves to this type of controls ?

I have read the bill. The problem is this-just how do they "research" such depressions? They would have to do a questionnaire and follow up, etc. Do you really think they will stop there? If the questionnaire reveals-in their opinion-an issue, what will they do? It is not a LEAP to figure they will not allow the baby to go home until such time as "they" decide-if ever-that Mom and/or Dad pass "their test or research". Very slippery slope stuff here.

Couple this with the UN Convention of the Child TREATY, folks-we cannot be too careful of this Mother's Act bill. Treatys (such as this UN one) supercede Fed, state and local gov't. No way around and the UN will tell you how to raise your kids. Can you add 2+2?
