Support for Ron Paul a 'conspiracy'?
"Major media outlets have denied fund raising reports, rally attendance, and record breaking internet support as the work of a small secretive group of Ron Paul supporters conspiring to defraud the public. Is it time for them to give up this conspiracy theory before they lose credibility?"

Underdog Factor
We respond to these polls because we want to support our candidate. It does skew the results because most people haven't picked a candidate who "can't win." The candidate they think they want is one likely to win the nomination, and they don't think that person needs their help.
LP.org has always had more traffic than the R and D websites. How many R's and D's have even been to their party's site?
The media is correct to mistrust the online "polls." But that isn't to say they're correct about his chances. We are growing. It's probably best for us if we sneak up on them, anyway.
You can bet that any polls paid for by the other campaigns will not be publicized if Ron Paul shows up as a contender.
The only polls that count are the ones in the polling places on election day. We might think, each of us, about starting a phone list of people who would like to be reminded to vote on primary day, and plan to take the day off to hold signs nearby. We look like winners on YouTube. We need to do the same on the streets.

Yes..
Like I told the Hillary worker this Saturday, how can you have 0% in the polls when thousands of people have donated $2.5M to your campaign?
Day old bread

One thing I admire about Ron Paul supporters is the ability to shrug off dumb statistics; they count for nothing and influence nobody.
It is the people of Ames, Iowa, the folks in New Hampshire, the generous supporters in Spartanburg, SC, and the other, nameless, faceless, unappreciated Ron Paul supporters all over the country that will come out of the woodwork to support our guy. Statistics, from any source, especially now--14 months from the election--are irrelevant.
The operative assumption
The operative assumption here being that the "mainstream" news media have any credibility left to lose, at least on the subject of Dr. Ron Paul! (Besides, we're not a "conspiracy," we're a rEVOLution!!)
