He answered explicitly to the question about will he legalize marijuana ONLY or ALL kind of drugs.. 90% of the answers is always referring to marijuana only..
Is there any youtube videos that shows his stance about the legalization of ALL drugs..?

It is illegal for the Federal Government to pass laws concerning drugs.
PERIOD. The States and/or counties/cities can do it, but the feds can't.
Therefore, it always strikes me as a shame to hear people talk about "legalizing" marijuana (or anything else that the Federal Government has illegally illegalized!)
We've been conditioned to think that such matters are merely matters of "opinion"--or perhaps matters of differences in partisan agendas. And while we've been under that illusion, our Constitution has been ushered off and locked away as if it is no longer to be in force.
(I don't use marijuana, by the way. But I do use the Constitution!)

The title of this thread is somewhat misleading. Dr. Paul is not calling for the full legaliziation of marijuana. He says in the interviews simply that "it should not be prohibited at the federal level...." Big difference.
And of course he is right. Put this back at the state level where it belongs so that those who need it for medicinal reasons can obtain it without fear of federal DEA agents.
Its good that he does not call for full unrestricted legalization and maintain his credibility.
Yeah, how come they never compare deaths by prescription drugs to deaths by illicit drugs? They don't want the public to find out how dangerous prescription drugs are.
Marijuana is obviously a gateway drug... duh... I mean I started drinking water, but no that was not enough, so I turned to juice, and later on to coke. Soon I will undoubtedly be an alcoholic, oh I wish I never ever drank that water. hahaha.

TV appearances to date. Of course, he's dead right, the DEA rebuttal was really pathetic. Its too bad we've had to wait for economic collapse to make any progress on this issue.
finding these so quickly. I have Daily Paul on all day as I get all the news I need right here. I haven't even watched it yet but wanted to thank you for the Great Job you do!

Since the primary season Dr. Paul has come on SO strong. He's just amazing. He looks rested and he is very sharp in his attacks nowdays. I hope people start applying some of the common sense that he is talking about.
I just love his point about locking up all the alcoholics...that would be rediculous (although,it would make more sense than locking up pot smokers!)
