Las Perras de CNN.... or..... how disappointing!Submitted by elviejo on Thu, 04/16/2009 - 13:09
Since I have not had television service in 25 years my entire exposure to MSM has been the abundance of YouTubes that I have seen on this site and others over the last 2 years. I have often said that I have watched more MSM these last two years via YouTube than ever in my life! Most of what I have watched related to Dr. Paul, the Revolution, or other CFR, 9/11 and freedom and truth topics.
I had been very excited over this time to see interviews with Dr. Paul, on CNN, MSNBC, etc. from "left leaners" who seemed to see great value and potential in his anti-government, anti-war, pro civil liberties stances. I LOVED watching Keith Olberman when he would do an outraged piece on the Patriot Act, or Rachel Maddow when she would do a great piece on Bush's torture policies. I had real hope that the left/right, Republican/Democrat paradym was slowly falling apart and that the freedom lovers from both left and right would be coming together on important issues very soon.
Although I DO believe that these walls will come down, yesterday the four clips that I watched on this site of CNN ALL included "perras" that were completely and totally enamored with Obama and hostile toward ANYONE and ANYTHING that would cause their hero problems. One even verbally attacked a young father holding his 2 year old, and then when the crowd expressed shock and outrage at her behavior, passed it off to her "perra" associate as an example of the outrageous behavior at the rally.
No more issue oriented philosophy..... no more outrage over the same issues that they hated Bush for (since Obama is continuing these policies)..... just hatred for anyone that would say anything bad about their favorite guy.
It was completely biased.... and made them look childish and foolish and unprofessional. I was so discouraged.....
I guess I was very naive, but I didn't expect these people to completely throw their principles out the window when Obama got inaugurated. It just shows that we have a lot more work ahead of us than I thought. Now we see that we are not only having to approach the BUSH people with stealth and cunning..... but the Obama people as well, since they are JUST as blindly and emotionally invested in their guy as the Republicans were invested in Bush. The SAME battle all over again... .among people who were on the right track with the issues when Bush was sitting in the chair.
Oh well..... enough of this rant. Probably it just shows how out of touch one can be when one doesn't get TV. Viva la Revolucion!
