Police in St. Charles County Missouri are doing something to catch drunk drivers that's never been done before in Missouri. Thursday night, they will be out for blood at a DUI checkpoint. » |

This is battery
Somehow, suspicion is a good enough reason for battery. I would resist, warrant or not, anyone wishing to take my blood like this.
