Oklahoma Senator Randy Brogdon Announces Gubernatorial Run
Submitted by Njon on Mon, 04/20/2009 - 23:03
On April 18, Oklahoma state Senator Randy Brogdon announced that he is seeking the office of governor. Sen. Brogdon has opposed REAL ID, helped lead the state sovereignty resolution effort in Oklahoma, and at his YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/user/RandyBrogdon says that he opposes the North American Union.
We need to elect strong state sovereignty governors in 2010 who will resist federal tyranny. See Sen. Brogdon's announcement at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJwftLMq24Y and his website at http://www.randybrogdon.com/

I'd be careful with this guy
According to a blogger from Oklahoma: "Krehbiel [a reporter] and the [Tulsa] World have already tried to erroneously tie Brogdon to Ron Paul, even though Brogdon was an open supporter of Mike Huckabee during last year's GOP Presidential Primary"
From: http://www.medblogged.com/2009/04/brogdon-to-announce-for-go...
Does this mean that Brogdon wants to govern like Huckabee did - reducing a few taxes then jacking up state fees allowing him to claim he "cut taxes" while increasing the actual burden on citizens? Does Brogdon support that shell game called the FairTax?
He may yet be worthy of support, many of Huck's people (not Huck himself) were genuinely concerned about limiting government but felt they had to support the biggest advocate of "values" in the race and so set aside their concerns about taxation and fiscal discipline. I'm just saying, buyer beware.
He's the real deal.
Sen. Brogdon, in an e-mail sent personally to me, said (this is not verbatim; I'm going from memory) something like that Dr. Paul seems to be the only one in Washington who knows what's going on.
He fought REAL ID, helped lead the state sovereignty resolution to passage, and at http://www.youtube.com/randybrogdon condemns the North American Union. He's the real deal.
The real deal!
I'm pushing very hard for this guy! I lived in Oklahoma for most of my adult life and I can say that Randy Brogdon is the best hope we have for Oklahoma and for this "Revolution". Randy has the courage to stand up to Washington, D.C. He has proven that over and over.
Let's get this guy elected Governor of Oklahoma. Please make a contribution to his campaign at:
