I tried listening to Alex Jones again but couldn't get past the first 5 minutes
Ok, I wanted to give all the Alex Jones listeners on the Daily Paul the benefit of the doubt by subscribing to his Podcast and listening on the way to work.
I am deleting it.
They guy is borderline retarded.
I thought his Peter Joseph interview was bad. I listened to his Pod Cast 0421094 4/21/2009. 4 minutes in the poor guy was trying to speak and Alex Jones kept repeatedly interrupting this sap that was trying to tell a story. Jones kept over talking this guy and pretending to talk like some British General. He was babbling loudly and obnoxiously. I wanted to hear what this guy was trying to say but the only thing Jones wanted me to hear was his half baked attempt at being funny.
This guy is not for me. I love sarcasm and humor even those entertaining twists to podcasts like the Adam Corrola show.
I wonder if Alex Jones and his ego would interrupt Ron Paul the way he does to everyone else.

If you want some real honest advice listen up. You MUST listen for at least 30 days in order to "get it". It's gonna be hard at first because of the shock when hearing the banter that gets thrown back and forth on the show.
Give him 30 days and fact check him, then get back to us.
Puppets come and puppets go but the world's stage is getting cluttered.

If there's one thing I can count on at Daily Paul is that Alex Jones will continue to be a hot topic of conversation.
This is very much a Love Him or Hate Him issue and really comes down to a matter of taste and personal preference.
When he's good (as he was with Alan Colmes and also George Noory), he's articulate and has the facts. He knows his stuff.
When he's bad (often on his own show) he's an egotistical, loudmouthed, paranoid, screaming tyrant.
As for me, I've had a bellyfull of Mr. Jones. I'm done with him. If he's on Coast to Coast AM, or Alan Colmes' show, then I'll listen.

I absolutely agree on that. But I do admire him.
I only bother listening if he has a good guest.
There's no good reason to inject interruptions every few minutes into every conversation. He could sure do himself and his guests a favor by relaxing and letting his guests speak.

You can choose to just not listen to AJ.
But, you would miss a world of info. that the MSM, or internet sites for that matter, don't ever print. I read the regular news and then compare it with AJ. Alex will put his spin on the news. But I've got to admit that most of the time he is right about the NWO and 911 happenings. Heck, Alex is the salt of the earth. Oh, and he lets Dr. Paul have his say about all the issues. Dr. Paul is on Alex's show several times a week. That is worth waiting for if you ask me. Yep you can sign off if you want, but you'll be depriving yourself of some good interviews too. Alex has some very interesting guests that you won't find on other radio stations and internet shows. Oh well,, you may do what you please.

the world would be WAAAAY different now if Jews were not in control. There are few decent Jews I like... for instance the band ANVIL. He has good days and bad days
like everyone else. He also puts out a lot of very good information, which should be the focus. If you like the information that he puts out, but don't like his voice then you can always check out his website. If you don't like either then you can move on.
I think he keeps getting better. I'll admit that I've turned off some shows here and there, and sometimes I just need to get away from things for a while to keep my sanity. But Alex stays on top of almost everything.
If you're already awake and Alex doesn't appeal to you then just be glad that he's waking up a lot of new people every day. Don't forget that the state trooper who leaked the MIAC report leaked it to Alex Jones. If that guy wasn't awake then maybe we wouldn't have known about it until some of us were pulled over and branded terrorists.
One thing that
does bother me about Alex is that he is always ranting and raving about the mainstream news having their own agenda and being manipulated, yet everything he talks about he says for example " Obama says no rights for detainees, mainstream media." I also make my own wine, listen to music, spend time with my children and run 5k's 10ks and off road trail runs. It is a rush. I love to be informed, spread the good word of Ron Paul and try to treat people with respect. I am deeply effected by world events but I see it this way...I'm alive and have my wits about me.
