AN ACT
To ensure for the defense of America against terrorist acts in the United States and to reduce the financial burden from the Department of Defense and State National Guard.
Defend America Act
Whereas America has been attacked by foreign terrorist:
Whereas the Director of Homeland Security has stated that a real threat to America exits from Foreign Government sponsoring terrorism in the United States;
Whereas the US Government has stated that a real threat exist from enemy sleeper cells within the US Government;
Whereas foreign nations are publicly stating the US is their enemy;
Whereas all citizens have a civic responsibility to serve in the defense of America and the US Constitution;
Whereas an armed citizenry is the best defense against a foreign invasion;
Whereas the Second Amendment to the US Constitution protects all Americans inalienable right to self defense;
Whereas all citizens should be appropriately armed to defend themselves against foreign invaders or terrorist attackers;
This bill shall be known as the Defend America Act;
Be it hereby enacted that all citizens of the United States shall have the right to own or possess firearms and ammunition without limitation for the purposes of defending and protecting the United states.
Be it hereby enacted that in consideration of the above that all federal legislation prohibiting the ownership of any type of firearm a citizen of the United States is repealed.
Furthermore by the passage of this act the Department of Defense coordinating with the Director of Homeland Security shall prepare an implement a program to encourage the ownership of the standard United States Army Infantry Weapon, the M-16 by all adult American citizens. The DoD and the DHS shall coordinate training programs in conjunction with the Armed Forces Military Bases, local police forces and state national guards.
By passage of this act the DHS and the DOD shall establish a program to achieve the goal goals of having and equipping an armed citizenry of 25,000,000 Americans within 24 months and 50,000,000 armed Americans within 48 months of the passage of this Act.
Furthermore all American citizens except those currently under penalty of sentence for a felony conviction shall have the right to own and possess firearms.

That video is so Orwellian it is stunning.
I did some surveillance yesterday. The I thought they were replacing the sidewalk in front of our armory, they had taken out the old, which was in dis-repair and the forms for a footing were in place. Yesterday the concrete was delivered and the project had the re bar for a six foot concrete wall added. Why do you need a six foot concrete wall in front of a small town armory?
Life was easier when I was stupid.
Think I'll go draw sit on a bench and do some sketching.
