Judge asks FSP Founder to be a more Regular Guest

Good move on the Judge's part to expose a little known concept such as the Free State Project. NH's successes this week include the legislature passing same-sex marriage and medical marijuana - which go to the governor's desk for approval. Next, Free staters fought off an attempt by the democrats to pass a seatbelt law. NH is still the only place in the civilized world where adults are free to choose on this issue. Lastly, a libertarian just got elected in a special election for state rep. NH has a bourgeoning libertarian caucus in the state house that grows every election cycle! The lady that got elected is super Hot and here name is Marilinda Garcia. Many free staters & C4Lers worked on her campaign helping her beat her democratic opponent by a 2:1 margin. Keep an eye on the FSP movement, you'll continually be amazed at our progress.

Very, very annoying that they keep calling Harris a Libertarian.

The Judge didn't call him a Libertarian.

He called him a libertarian. (Notice the lowercase 'l'). Dr. Paul is a libertarian. If it's capitalized it refers to the Libertarian Party. If not, then it simply refers to the philosophy of liberty.

Sometimes grunts in the production room sometimes do use a large "L" if they put something on the screen but they probably just don't know the nomenclature. Or they may actually be having the same confusion as you and thinking the Judge is saying they're a Libertarian and think that the guy is from the Libertarian Party. It's just an unfortunate thing that the Libertarian party took that word to name the party. The confusion is common.

Dr. Jason Sorens, the founder of the Free State Project will be a guest as well. Since I'm moving to NH in 3 weeks via the FSP, I'm pumped to see him on the show. Should be good publicity for us! He did really well in explaining the FSP. In fact, he is an extremely articulate speaker - I was really impressed. I guess the show was too because they invited him back as a regular.
