Video Description:
A US Census worker came to my house today to give me a piece of paper and punch in the GPS coordinates. He would have not told me about the GPS unless i asked. Then his explanation was to "match up" the house better. I thought I was very nice to him.
Then as he walked around the neighborhood i shot some video as is my right even on a public street much less my own porch.
He then came back and rang my doorbell to interrogate me on why i was taking his picture.
Particularly interesting is how he yelled he worked for the Federal Government. And I was invading his privacy even though he was just at MY front porch punching in a GPS to my front door.
He didn't walk away until I informed him it was MY constitutional right to film him. He wasn't happy at all. My neighbors were alarmed at his tone with me as they were walking by. They couldn't figure out why he was freaking out.
This is really disturbing. It seemed as though my camera was a gun to him. Even before i came back out to film he was staring at me as soon as i walked out. He was watching me before i even filmed him. I think it was because I asked about the GPS which he wasn't going to explain.

The more I think about this the GPS is setting a bullseye on your front door which is usually about the center of a house.
Can any military personnel that may know, say whether anything like this has been done in Iraq to map out neighbor hoods. They could then target anyone, from anywhere, anytime.

The gov doesn't need this to know the GPS coordinates of your
house. They already have it. Do you have Google Earth? The GPS coordinates are so that the census workers work can be tracked and to increase the accuracy. Most census workers are just people hired for a short time for the purpose of census, they don't know much about their jobs, regulations or the law. Not that most Congressmen do either.
Its like the swine flu, there are some concerns with this, but don't freak out about it.

Kind of absurd
The Census guy was railing about his right to privacy while working to essential dismantle the neighborhood's privacy. He wasn't getting the GPS readings so the government could live everyone alone.

Hey all, think about a GPS/cell phone jammer for your front porch. Maybe someone can even figure out how to make it motion sensitive so as not to disrupt your own communications from inside.
I saw one the other day. I don't know how well they work but it's worth a try.
If they can't punch in your coordinates where they are, they have to back off to a point that they can. That could put them into the street and make pinpointing your house difficult.
Just a thought.

Going too far
I'm all for "watching the watchers." Nothing the maker of this video did was inappropriate. What bugs me is slapping "New World Order" in the title. It makes it seem nutty.

Keep the police state busy!
Report them as possible terrorist.
Do not call 911 as you don't want to take away from real emergencies, but call everyone else. FBI, Homeland Security, Police, and tell them there is someone suspicious casing out the neighborhood and you believe they could be a terrorist.
If they say you are overacting and that you knew they were a census worker you can use many reasons for believing different.
