Legal analyst says Americans would be willing to give up rights

Thursday, April 30, 2009A segment on Fox News’ Fox and Friends this morning explored the issue of whether a swine flu pandemic could result in a declaration of martial law in America and a suspension of constitutional rights.
“If it becomes a pandemic, you could lose some simple rights - like going to the movies,” said host Steve Doocy, before introducing legal analyst Peter J. Johnson, Jr.
“People in our government need to start thinking about how, if this actually becomes a pandemic, how it’s going to affect our daily life and our rights,” said Johnson, before asking if people who try to escape quarantines or refuse mandatory vaccinations would face jail time.
Johnson added that Americans were willing to give up rights in order to “stay alive” but that an orderly discussion of how that would happen needs to take place.
Closing schools, closing the border, forcibly quarantining Americans and eliminating the right to freely assemble, including preventing people from going to shopping malls, were all mentioned as possibilities.
“What about legislatures? What about the U.S. Congress? What about courts of law? What about not impaneling juries because we don’t want to have public assemblies?” asked Johnson.
“Plus the possibility of martial law, but that’s a whole other conversation,” added Doocy, with Johnson responding, “not going there”.
Jail time for not accepting a vaccination?

The majority of the public is demanding a vaccine and the govt/ health department worries more about not having enough..so this would be fearful to those who think they would be disqualified if they reveal they are on a medication that is not compatible with the vaccine..

Remember at the end of last year when Biden was recorded as saying that within 6 months of Obama's first term, Obama is going to face a crisis? Most people automatically assumed that the crisis in question was going to be financial-based since we were facing the beginning of the onslaught of bailouts, and the stock market was tanking. The other crisis category most people thought was that it was going to be another staged terrorist attack since that was the previous major crisis for the past 7 years.
But what if the crisis was to be biological? What if this is it? I have no proof of it, but what if this was just the first wave of a staged biological attack in the form of a pandemic. There does seem to be some evidence that the CDC was involved with an artificial hybridized influenza cocktail such as the current swine flu. What if that concoction was purposefully released in controlled amounts to create a wide-scale pandemic to create a national and global crisis to force us all to be vaccinated with an even worse virus? Plus, as this video alludes to, the vaccinations would just be the start of the nightmare.
As Ron Paul said, it's not the flu we should fear. It's the governmental response to the flu we should be wary of.
It feels to me like a trial balloon,
get the people used to the idea of martial law, forced vaccination, anything they tell us -- any itme they declare an emergency -- "the government is here to help you."
