Indiana kid gets hauled away as terrorist.

I haven't researched this yet but I came across this article from Indiana. It sure seems like the Feds are once again out of control.

We need to get some facts first, but if it is what it looks to be this should get some national attention.

This appears to an example of a "man-in-the-middle" attack. It is when someone is using your pc to relay data over the internet without you kowning about it.

I hate to think of the psychological

battering this kid is getting locked up with no defense. Very likely he'd be subject to drugs as well as behavior modification techniques -- all assuming guilt, trying to get him to incriminate himself with of course no legal representation. Poor kid, mom, family.

I am on the living room computer right now, it doubles as an entertainment center. the "monitor" is a 42' plasma tv. and "guests" [anyone in my home] get on it anytime and do whatever they want.....
I am considering how wise this might be.... what did this kid say?
heck, I am SURE I am on plenty of lists already...... I have even let my neighbors have access to my signal........
do I need to turn into a secretive pinhead? I will find out tomorrow.

Using your computer, it wouldn't matter if they were being serious or joking around, your computer could get confiscated, your home searched, you could be arrested as a "terrorist," and it all could happen without a real warrant or review from a judge.

I can't believe they are messing around with a 10th grader! What is the minimum age they will arrest for saying they will blow something up, even though they are not serious and have no bombs?

Insane.

start believing in guns. and it does say this happened in NC, but that he's being held at a juvenile detention center in South Bend, IN.

I doubt she will wake up. She will probably stay even further away from guns now - being afraid of further persecution.
