Is Margaret Chan the new Shiva?

When Oppenheimer finished the atomic bomb he reiterated Shiva, the Hindu God of destruction, mythical quote "I am become death" ( http://www.atomicarchive.com/Movies/Movie8.shtml ). Has Margaret Chan, the Director for the World Health Organization (WHO), embraced Shiva's role to unleash death upon the world?

Margaret Chan was born and raised in the People's Republic of China. China for decades has conducted massive human rights violations by forcibly aborting children, committing infanticide, harvesting organs from living donors and political dissenters, having roving lethal injection vans for "on the spot" cleanups of dissenters, packs families in unsanitary conditions to mass produce junk for the rest of the world, willfully pollutes all their area and exports their toxic products en masse around the world. Yet for all their health violations they still receive commendations from superpowers like the United States for most favored nation status. Why hasn't the WHO taken a tougher stand against the known pollutants and human rights violations China has committed on a genocidal level? Shouldn't an international pandemic have been called for years ago when China was already killing people in several countries with their products and locking up information about the SARS virus that was deadly in China. Now another export from China, Margaret Chan, has instituted a pandemic of fear for a harmless problem.

The flu right now is a wimp, but Margaret Chan and the WHO raised the alert to level 5 (in case you didn't know normal flus kill thousands, this one has confirmed less than a dozen so far). Technically the United Nations could now force injections under threat of a year in prison and a $250,000 fine. Some people in the United States have already been forcibly quarantined with hardly a whimper of protest. Even when it's known the swine flu scare in 1976 caused 25 deaths because of vaccinations and the main cause of the 1918 flu that killed ,conservatively, 40 million was due to compulsory vaccines. For all the media hysteria and weak kneed public we were spared a compulsory vaccine, for now. Thank goodness we still have some leaders, like Dr. Ron Paul and Dr. Leonard Horowitz with some good sense and media savvy to curtail the mindlessness promoted by the WHO.

Margaret Chan has now stoked the fear fires by positing the flu might be back with a "vengence" in a few more months ( http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/e6260d9a-37d4-11de-9211-00144feabd... ). And she might be right. The 1918 flu had a few peculiarities similar to our current flu-it was unseasonal, it started on March 18 with very few deadly cases, and from its different parts it appeared to be made in a laboratory. Biowarfare departments have been working with the 1918 flu since 1997 and we know that vials of government controlled contagions go missing frequently, just like the Equine encephalitis happened to be misplaced when 20 Hugo Chavez's venezuelan horses dropped dead unexpectedly ( http://axisoflogic.com/artman/publish/Article_55565.shtml ). What is different and hasn't happened yet is the 1918 flu peaked in late august with a more severe strain. Is this the threat Margaret Chan has yet to unleash? Janet Napolitano, Department of Homeland Security, also mimed this threat of a more vengeful virus just on the horizon. With just a few adjustments to the viruses genetic makeup it would be possible to make it more virulent. I don't know whether this is just a big distraction to avoid the Bush torture memos, failing economy, global currency, ACORN census Nazis, military violating posse commitatus, tax revolts or can develop into a real pandemic later. Maybe it was meant to be much worse than it is and has fallen flat on its face like so many plans of the globalists so far. Whether a manufactured fear or real threat would serve their purposes has yet to be seen.

What I am hoping is that people recognize the people who "warned" about this threat already knew that it would happen and did nothing to investigate the true progenitors of the threat. Start by looking at the past criminals who we already know have performed genocide by experimentation, like Baxter Pharmaceutical and Novavax.
