Around 350 from Daily Paul took last week's quiz. This week's quiz is a little harder. See how you do!

Don't want to be a party
Don't want to be a party pooper but most of the questions are not really "constitutional." They are based on opinions some of which have not been settled.
To put an answer that Justices hold office as long as they behave themselves, is a bit silly.
I haven't had....
...any objections to the questions today. Normally I get a couple every day---such as on number nine of the first quiz.
Do the questions seem straight forward?

7 out of 10. I really like these quizzes!
great quiz!!!!
I missed 3 of them. I won't spoil it by saying which! Thanks Jack, for the quizzes. I forwarded this off to a Professor of Law at UNLV. He is an expert on the 9th and 10th Amendments (says his son to me), and he will enjoy this for sure :)

About the Professor of Law...
That makes me wish that I had access to some excellent (in person) discussion group about such things. Google is one thing, but when I think about the amount of time a law professor could save me, and the perspective he could bring to the table....
Of course, I'd want a certain type of professor---the kind who loves the actual Constitution. I'm not impressed with the idea of "precedent", where we interpret the Constitution based upon what some previous court ruling said. It seems to me that we should actually go back to the document itself for every interpretation. It's fine to read what the previous ruling said---perhaps they'll have some insight into the Constitution. But when "case law" ends up telling us something different from the plain meaning of the Constitution itself, I think it's time for a major reform.

I got to cheat, of course!
I wrote the quiz with the Constitution right in front of me. Some of these questions are pretty hard, and I have no idea how I would have done on the quiz if I had not been the one who wrote it!
