I wonder what they are spending all that money on while hanging out at gay bars? How many researchers? What are they doing? Are they going there to party and see if they get drunk at a gay bar in another country on someone elses tab that they are likely to participate in risky behavior?
I dont understand the purpose of this study.

This is a wise allocation of money. I hope they get the answers they need to write an important article about it in the National Enquirer or another prestigious journal.
