Nobel Prize for Ron Paul--whether Peace or Economics
Unfortunately the Nobel Prize has been so degraded by politics, favoritism, and just plain debasement (Arch Keynesian Paul Krugman for ECONOMICS--for Heaven's sakes!) that awarding Congressman Paul a Nobel Award would not have the value most of us want it to have.
It certainly is a pity that there is no award for a statesman, economist, and advocate of peace, prosperity, and liberty like Ron Paul. But the Nobel Prize is simply not it. Look at all of the nincompoops, frauds, and neer-do-wells that he would be sharing it with!

I wonder how long they can spin the 9/11 lie?
It is getting more and more obvious that more officials, including and especially Ron Paul, are going to have to dig into the mire of what really happened on 9/11. I know he has all of his energies elsewhere and God Bless him! but the "powers that be" are using 9/11 as their central excuse as to why we MUST continue to bomb the innocents in Pakistan and Afghanistan and continue our world wide battle against Terror. Ron Paul has spoken out as to why we don't even have enough evidence to indite Osama Bin Laden for 9/11 (see FBI most wanted list and you will see he is listed for other crimes, but not 9/11 due to lack of evidence) then why are the American people allowing the US to bomb 3 sovereign nations on the conclusion that "they did it (9/11) and we must stop them from doing it again?" For those that think 9/11 is not an important issue, I ask you listen to Ambassador Holbrook again and listen to his response as to why we fight in Pakistan and Afghanistan... 9/11!

I think Bush welcomed 9/11. It gave the neocons just what they wanted. The sheeple will let Bush/Obama continue to enslave the US by spending because we need to be "protected' from another 9/11.
I think May 4th was the day that (unarmed) Kent State students were killed for protesting the invasion of Cambodia. That never made the news. It's just the same thing being shoved down our throats in the name of fear. I believe we were invading Cambodia because communists were taking over the world. Now, the same fear is being recycled.

I don't think the 'Nobel Peace Prize' is commensurate
with what Dr Paul stands for or for the true service he has made. I honestly believe he would have to refuse it on principle!
