C4L Open Letter to House on HR1207 in Washington Times
The Campaign for Liberty reports that it has taken out an ad in today's Washington Times Newspaper (May 7, 2009) in the form of an open letter urging House representatives to cosponsor Dr. Paul's Federal Reserve Transparency Act (HR 1207). The letter is signed by a diverse coalition of individuals, activists, political organizations and citizen groups, all of whom join us in demanding that Congress finally shine a light on the secretive Federal Reserve System.

What will happen when we audit the Fed and discover that the money supply is 3 or 4 times greater than expected.

It would be nice to know ...
1. Why was the Washington Times chosen? It is Washington Post's only competitor. That's a comment, not an answer.
2. Was it b/c it is affordable? That's not an admission, but a ?.
3. Wash. Times was the only paper that provided RP w/ coverage during the Camp., Wash. Post didn't even bother printing his results, that I saw hardly a peep of him.
4. It's good that these groups got some coverage.
5. I find the Wash. Times to be a pathetic paper myself, but it's 1000% better than the Post.
For some reason, we're expected to know every law that exists in America & in our state so we don't break it. We're supposed to know this when we're 18. There's no litmus test for them, as in the 10 commandments or rhyme or reason. C.U.R.E.

Maybe the ones who are on the fence need this faxed to them, with a note that says these many voters can't be wrong,,,,why not join them in supporting HR 1207. Be a winner, instead of a loser.

At this point in my life, still recovering from the primary campaign!,
I can't really afford to donate---but I would if I could. I try to spread
the word about C4L daily---And I know I've found donors for them
of various degrees. Some of you are too ready to attack C4L all of the

The C4L is staying focused. Instead of throwing money away on random advertisements, they are applying it where it will have the greatest impact -- like a small martial arts master who lightly taps the pressure points of a much larger opponent.
They are slowly but surely building momentum. It takes time for an elephant to build up speed, but once it gets going it is unstoppable.

Wow, C4L is really just getting underway in my neck of the woods. I will give them credit though...they are already keeping me busy, which is why I haven't been posting on here as much.
