WP doesn't mention RP once?
Submitted by taway on Mon, 11/26/2007 - 13:18Another misleading article: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/story/2007/11/2...
The Washington Post did a piece called, "Romney and Giuliani Turn Negative in N.H." It walked about the mudslinging, then talked about other candidates in this "5 ring circus": Huckabee, McCain, and Thompson.
I am no freak, pretty mainstream in fact, but I am getting sick and tired of theses "reporters." I am in my 20s, and yes even in my short life I can already see a difference in this country. When I was a kid, I always thought of reporters as balancing out our political system. I am pretty sure we were even taught early on about how important a "free press" was to the democratic system. And since the press is "free" and reporters "report", I have generally trusted news sources for information. But now, I am losing faith and losing it quickly.
When you start seeing spin from reporters that are supposed to be neutral, you start wondering what you can trust. The media did a good job of leading us to the Iraq war, and now they can't even accurately report on events in our own country. I expect a lot more from the WP. I mean come on: aren't there any big, well read, HONEST news companies out there? If there are, someone who can actually report should report on that lack of integrity in to profession today.

WP doesn't mention Ron Paul
Having read this WP article, I'm just as happy that the reporter did not
include Ron Paul in a story about how the other Republican candidates are attacking and bashing each other. Ron Paul does not fit in that "circus," so it's good that the WP reporter did not - and could not - make it a "six-ring" circus. Sometimes, no news is good news.
Turn a negative into a positive
I have had enormous success using articles like this to convince those that have never heard of Dr. Paul that the Corporate Media (I refuse to call them mainstream anymore) is biased beyond belief. Most people are flabbergasted - when presented the evidence - to find that these people that they've trusted all their lives are capable of such blatant misrepresentations of the facts.
Showing these stories to the uninitiated is a fantastic way to get people to wake up to the fact that they cannot trust any news source anymore, and to seek out corroborating information on their own. You must first become a skeptic of "mainstream" thought before you'll consider alternative ideas. Consequently, articles replete with such easily exposable falsehoods are actually great recruiters to our cause, so long as you do your due diligence in exposing their deceptions to the masses.
I take my marching orders from the Constitution!
Let's work twice as hard to make a statement
When Ron Paul wins New Hamshire... we can easily point to this article and say to everyone....This guy is an idiot!

I sent this email to the weasel -
You seem to have blatantly ignored our candidate Ron Paul in your article on NH.
Since the article was about negativity, why don't you try to do a good turnaround and publish a positive article about Dr and Congressman Ron Paul?
If you cannot oblige his many supporters in so doing, would you please contact me and let me know the reason why?
Thank you.

your right not many left
Jack Cafferty is one of the few honest people left .These reporters are nothing but greedy zionist slaves
welcome to the world
I was involved in an event here in Atlanta that received coverage from three local news stations. I think the best that any of them did was to get about 60% of the facts right.
You can not believe anything you see or read in the news. Most people will never have a first hand glimpse as I did so it's hard for them to believe.
I stopped believing in mainstream news sources a long time ago.
