Interstate Commerce Act....
should be repealed immediately as it is not being used as originally intended by Jefferson and Madison. The feds have bastardize this law to run roughshod over everything that Americans do and has been for over 100 years.
It gives, as the judge suggested, the power to government to regulate water pressures, how many shrimp can be taken, etc. The Commerce Act, as I have written about in several posts, IS THE VEHICLE for much of what ails us. GET RID OF IT and you will see the states running their own show and not some criminals in DC. Look it up and educate yourselves. Truly shocking! This should be one of our most important issues to tackle on our short lists.
