When we have a REAL REVOLUTION -- Which Nations would come to our (Patriotic Americans -- not gov.) Aid?

With the current comments by the French Newscaster... "about America may have another Revolution"(see link http://www.dailypaul.com/node/92447 ) ..
It begs the question...
What or which nation(s) would assist us in a REAL REVOLUTION? and how would we go about gaining their assistance?
Keep in mind that Benjamin Franklin was able to gain us the French allies during the original RW using diplomacy. Do we need to begin assembling our own International American Patriot Diplomatic Team to enlist other Pro freedom nations to our cause? (or are there any left?)
While it may be too early to actually go to them with such a request.. it may not be too early to plan for it......

Sorry but this is some tough loving - I know there are some outstanding americans like Ron Paul and that the (initial) climate of personal freedom has created some really good thinkers, but those are now so rare that you can count them on a hand. I like the spirit of your forefathers, but today's america is total crap. Just people doing anything they can to earn money, no ideals, just money money money at any and all costs.
I hope america will go back to what it once was and that it will set an example. But I'm not very optimistic.
I also think this is the painful purging process necessary to restore some sort of moral framework. It's an eternal cycle. When things are good people become selfish and spoiled and corrupted and then everything collapses. Then you start fresh out of hardship with new spirit of brotherhood and suddenly when all the money's run out you start to understand you didn't need it in the first place! :-)
But who am I to judge. My people would have done the same damn thing, as we all lack a collective consciousness and one that extends decades in time and lack basic knowledge of the stuff that's so boring when you've got a playstation and an SUV (like history, economics).
So I don't intend this as a slander against americans at all, it's people in general who're fucked up, me included. Humans suck, maybe they deserve what they have.

...and you may be correct.. but while we may not get any "nation" to come to our aid. Perhaps there are freedom fighters who believe in the American Dream..that will assist.. either in supplies, or in personnel.
Also--keep in mind that France sent only officers to assist in training the colonists. Not actual soldiers to fight. (although their navy did show up towards the end.)

You know he speaks the truth. We do not come to each other's aid, why would we expect someone to come in and help? If the "activists" were standing up for each other and fighting the government, we might EARN some respect and maybe even some people willing to join our ranks. As it is, we do not even have "ranks." Today, all over this country, people will be arrested, fined, imprisoned - over an herb. It will happen all over the world, too. So, those folks are not standing up for themselves, they see us not standing up for ourselves. Truth is what it is, not what you wish it to be.
Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.
Our best bets come from Eastern Europe...

To put it bluntly- there will be no revolution in this country except for the good and peaceful one we have right now- the revolution of ideas. Let's keep it that way.

more than the reaction of any other nation, the question is what is our military going to do?
Our military
is on our side. Most of them anyway...they've served the 'government' and been kicked in the teeth and the groin for their efforts...that includes the veterans.
Any nation that might come to our aid that would be acceptable would be the Aussies. The majority of the nations would like nothing better than to take America over...as we have done to so many others.
But I don't believe it will come to armed revolution in this country....

I also think that , yes, the Aussies would be the most likely to help,(and have that help accepted).

I used to believe that, based on the donations to RP's campaign. Then I realized how few servicemen donate at all, and realized it is probably like it is in civilian life. The FEW who are politically active and aware are for Ron Paul, but they are still vastly outnumbered by sleeple who are "just doing their job."
I went to the TEA Party with an Oath Keeper handout. Seemed like a pre-screened crowd, good place to get the word out, right? I approached three Vets and got three of the dirtiest looks ever.
My son in law is a Vet, the brain washing still works on him. He is a bright guy, and we have gotten him to wake up some, but these men and women KILLED people to "protect us" and they cannot get their head around the concept that they killed innocent people and endangered us. That is our message to them, you know. The Vets that ARE awake are a highly motivated bunch... but I no longer believe anyone has my back. If it ever comes to violence, I will be the hunted. I am safer accepting that than pretending the military will suddenly have a change of heart that will be to my benefit.

I believe that since the internet has allowed so many Americans to make friends with so many others, that a lot of people would be silently cheering for us, but they would be unable to get involved directly. Other nations would be glad to see us fall. Our government has become a corrupt bunch of bullying thugs to other nations and they would be happy to see it fall.

However, I don't believe that Americans will see the violent obliteration of any existing federal institutions.
Some form of coup d'etat seems more likely. What if the top military brass stood firm together and refused to obey orders?
The history of Latin America in the 1960s to 1980s would be very relevant to this question.
Britain came very close to having a military dictatorship in 1974, with Lord Mountbatten to be in charge of the junta. Troops occupied Heathrow Airport (on the pretext of counter-terrorism), but the coup planners backed out at the last moment.

I recall Ron Paul being question on "what if Canada were to invade Montana." His reply was that of course the Federal Gov would intervein, but Montana on its own could defend itself against Canada. This isn't far from the truth.
Also, Canadians know more about American politics than they do there own. The news we see from this side of the border is much more transparent that the news within the USA. I truely think many Canadian citizens would support a revolution.
I'd loan my canoe or ski-doo to a Ron Paul supporter any day.

I hate to say this, but if this were to happen the Revolutionary Army would have to be so psychotically brutal and deadly that it scared the piss out of anyone who thought of intervening.
Remember that once this starts breaking out mass torture and execution of civllians will become common place (especially with foreign troops involved).

I love the Irish people and spent a lot of time there.
But they lack the manpower to help us. There aren't enough; they are part of the European Union (which would have to approve any deployment of Irish troops).
Interestingly, the Irish fought in our Civil War (both sides!) and also during the war of 1812. They are great fighters.

If the U.S.A. is weakened from within, then we can expect Canadian, U.N. and other troops on our soil to crush any rebellion. It will not be easy, but ordinary citizens are no match for armed troops or vast numbers of soldiers. It would drag on for a long time, since guerilla wars tend to do that.
Another likely scenario is that if the U.S.A. is severely destabilized, I wouldn't be surprised to see Chinese soldiers swarm over the border from Mexico.

I know you have been down the rabbit holes. The "global power of the day" was never defeated, NEVER. A fabulous dog and pony show has been going on since the "Revolution" but the Constitution's validity is highly questionable. The "history" of this nation is basically a work of fiction. The "founding fathers" we are all so fond of quoting were freemasons and slave owners and murderers of the "savage" natives of this land and not really all that into the kind of liberty I believe is our birthright.
What is "very true" is that right now, in this time and place, we can either set the truth free or we can keep spouting convenient lies.
The average soldier in that army was lied to about who he was fighting and what he was fighting for. Nothing has changed.
