"Brown County Attorney, James Olson says that's one of the problems... both sides of this debate feel they're doing what's best for Danny. James Olson says, "There's no allegation these are bad parents, these parents have eight children... I'm sure they love their child, but they're making decisions we feel are not in the best interest of this child." Now, Brown County Family Services is seeking a court ordered need for protection for the 13 year old... accusing the Danny's parents of medical neglect, saying he needs to be treated with chemotherapy."
The parents and the PATIENT both have more right to make this decision than a county official, but guess who will win?
