When did we start raping little boys??!!!!

0 votes

It is out in the news, we raped little boys at Abu Ghraib. I am truly ashamed to call myself American if this is true. I called my senators and rep, and was completely stern and an aide from my rep and I got into a heated discussion regarding this. The whole bush administration should be brought up on charges!!!! I hope you will join me in displaying outrage against this.

Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.

Shut up and keep paying your taxes

The people in power would like you to shut up and keep paying your taxes so that they can continue to use your money to kidnap, torture, and kill people in far away places, because that's how they spread 'freedom' like we have here in the good ole USSA.

We?!!

Is there a mouse in your pocket?

woo hoo!

Abu Ghirab

There is a lot more to this prisoner abuse they are covering up than simply putting suspects in a carnival dunking booth. This is terrible stuff. This is being done in your name and the world knows about it. This is not making us safer. This is the information and worse they do not want to come out. Here is the Abu Ghirab video (Very Graphic) http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=related&v=rz7UNxnOI3M

Nothing suprises me anymore

with Bush's administration

NOTHING

NOTHING? Try this

This problem goes WAY past the Bush administration.

It goes way past just Republicans, too, but I just happened across this.

Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.

The UN

has a terrible reputation for doing this kind of thing and that gets ignored. The world is being run by sexual perverts who protect each other. That is what all the secret societies are for, blackmailing each other into submission.

No, not "all the secret societies". Now you sound like....

Janet Napolitano.

OK, can you provide some examples?

In general, I don't like generalizations - lol! But I cannot think of a secret society that does not use secrecy to gain undue influence at best. Many of them are doing things that are far more nefarious.

When we were kids and had "clubs" sometimes they were big clubs all the kids could "join" and sometimes they were "secret" clubs. Why did we have "secret" club sometimes? Because there was one of the kids we were mad at, or who had something we wanted... it was to do something we wanted kept SECRET. See, TRUTH and SECRECY are antithetical.
Have you ever heard the old saying "Secrecy shall set you free?"
No? Me neither.

Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.

lol!

you're on a roll!!

Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Great men are almost always bad men." Lord Acton. Great quote, and sadly true. Lucky for us we have Ron Paul.
When you have that kind of power over someone else, it is so easy to start thinking along the lines of "us" and "them". "They" are not really human, and are just there to make your life miserable, so after a while you relieve boredom with mental and physical cruelty. "Idle hands are the devils workshop", and this is more true for the mind. Especially since anything you do is ignored/condoned by your superiors. You don't think they did psychological testing to pick guards with the right mental makeup? People prone to sadistic behavior, people too mentally weak to resist the Ring of Power.

And from Acton to Mencken...

"I believe that all government is evil in that all government must necessarily make war upon liberty." - H.L. Mencken

I knew of this for years

from Iraqi resistance websites...it was an open secret that Iraqi children and women would be raped and photos were taken and shown to important key prisoners to brake them to soften them up during interogations.
For example a high level Iraqi general said he was shown dozens of such photos and warned that this will happen to his wife and children if he does not talk.

"The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government -- lest it come to dominate our lives and interests."

Iraqi resistance

Iraqi resistance websites....dude! You must be pretty high on the terror watch list.

Considering that the Dept.

Considering that the Dept. of Homeland Security now considers Ron Paul supporters to be domestic terrorists, we're probably all on some sort of watch list.

.

Holy sh*t. :( :( :(

Collective guilt?

Collective punishment? These criminal goons were elected to represent the people, but they, and they alone are responsible to abide by the law they swore to uphold.

Stop the WE nonsense.

Only individuals can stand trial for their crimes, not a collective.

The individuals responsible must be condemned for their crimes and must be held accountable to the law.

Naomi Wolf tried this collective guilt in an article recently, and the concept of collective punishment and moral culpability because of where I was born is fallacious and repugnant.

I am ashamed if the crimes of our government go unpunished and the rule of law is ignored by those who assume to represent me, while ignoring or repressing any dissent I have to their own criminality.

Well, I know my shortcomings

and I, for one, DO feel guilt, because I didn't fight against the war in Iraq until a few years ago. And now I too politely tolerate neocons talking at dinner parties, when in my heart I want to shout them down and say their cold-blooded complacency is a massive part of the problem. We should all be doing more to stop the holocaust of Arabs. We haven't done enough.

I side with Wolf.

Shout, baby, shout.

I made a decision that I don't WANT involved in politics, so I don't CARE if I get a "reputation" that will make me "unelectable." I do not have any intention of putting my name on a ballot. The current system is FAR too corrupt, I won't play. I DO hold an unelected position on the State Central Committee. :)
Once that attitude is taken, you can rip those jerks a new one at whim. They don't know how to take it. They are ALWAYS campaigning, everyone they know is trying to gain political clout and so being so very polite in the face of horrifying truths... It is kind of funny, even the Ron Paul people are afraid of me now because there is NOTHING I won't say if I believe it needs said.

Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.

Well...

Good for you, paul4won. I have no talent for direct confrontation and I never thought of myself as a political activist or wanted anything to do with politics. But my conscience is dragging me into this.

One of my best friends is Bavarian and she talks about traveling around the world and STILL encountering strong contempt directed at Germans for WWII. That's how the world works...people WILL judge a person for their nationality because it's assumed that YOU, as a citizen, can do something about it or are part of the problem. Talking to her gives me an interesting perspective on the American empire and our duty to fight it.

So here I am, part of Ron Paul's hurricane, storming onto forums, emailing newscasters, calling my Reps, attending protests, donating money all over the place, daring to keep my RP bumper sticker on the car. And nobody knows how big the hurricane is, that's what I like. We are just this invisible force manipulating the media and making politicians nervous.

I can't agree with you more!

I can't agree with you more! I wish most people could see issues so clearly.

Well what do you expect

From a culture where boys are for fun and women are for babies.
Yeah thats right. Bet ya'll didn't know about that did ya. Its a dirty little secret the middle east is know for.

These IRAQI guards and translator where only doing what was acceptable in there country. It would be like them going into Vietnam. Instead though they would be raping young boys instead of women. Don't get me wrong rape is wrong. But in their country its the norm to have sex with young boys. In fact its smiled upon. Stop being so naive. Like how its acceptable to strip search a woman because shes suicidal.

Come on people do some research on these flame topics.

for the love of god

will someone please kick this pathetic piece of trash out of here????????
draw the line somewhere dammit!!!!!

Everyone has a purpose

This guy is one of the best bumpers for the chemtrail thread, so he does serve some good purpose. Plus, when he "debunks" it he talks about his incontinence and types as if he were an uneducated rube... making the debunkers look really, really stupid. He really is worth the trouble, I used to think he was just sarcastic and smart. Now I realize he really MEANS the ignorant things he says, but... even that serves a purpose.

Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.

You seem

to be the expert on molesting little boys.

I will defer to you on this Sargent Skidmark.

It's wrong if it's done

by those in the ME or by US soldiers or by American government employees and elected officials.

The attitude that because Muhammad does it and it's the norm in the ME, that it should give a pass to everyone else is ridiculous...wrong is wrong no matter who does it.

If I'm not mistaken didn't the arlticle say US soldiers, not Iraqis? But it would still be wrong no matter...

Did you even read the article

Or just the headline?
Go to the end of the article and read the note.(Notice how they made it a note as too who was doing the raping) There you will find that it is assumed that US personnel filmed these guards rape children.
I say assumed because how the hell can they prove who was behind the camera?

If US

personnel when doing the filming and did nothing to stop it, then in my opinion they are just as guilty.
