American extradited to Germany for trial.
John Demjanjuk, a Polish immigrant to the US, living in Ohio, is being deported to Germany to stand trial, after being stripped of his US citizenship.
He is "suspected" of working in a Nazi prison camp during WW2.
He was railroaded and convicted by an Israeli lower court in 1988, but the Israeli Supreme Court later overturned the conviction and he stood the "acid test" of being tried by Israelis in Israel for this allegation.
Now, since apparently the lust for blood by the "Holocaust Industry" has not been satiated, they are having him sent to Germany to try him again for the same thing. He's 89 years old, in poor health, and has never done anything criminal in the US for the many years he's lived here. He claims he's not a criminal, and never worked in a prison camp during the war, and it's a case of mistaken identity. They say they have "ID info" from Nazi records which shows somebody with his name and birthday on it. I'm not seeing any validation or even inquiry if that "purported info" is even being questioned for being valid. We know the "Holocaust Industry" has been caught lyiing about MANY things, so anything they say needs to be viewed with extreme skepticism.

The Nuremberg Trial proved
The Nuremberg Trial proved that "just following orders" was not an acceptable defense, but recently Obama has pretty much overturned that verdict in regards to the military and CIA torturing of prisoners. So why does an elderly man who has never done anything wrong here who may have worked in a camp back when he was a young man have to go through this? I guess if he had placed electrodes on a arab man's nutsack and dressed him up like a witch he would be in the clear.

Sadly to say
I think this is a dirty rotten shame. We lived in Ohio back in the late 70's till the mid 80's not far from John's hometown and he was an outstanding citizen not to mention father and grandfather. With his age and health issues this is just down right terrible that they have to do this to this poor elderly man. Why don't they go after the real criminals in this country?
