Tucker talking about Ron Paul

LOL He is so afraid to endorse RP. He seems so uncomfortable talking about him. He was talking about no Rep. candidates talking about people really being free. It took one of his guests to bring up RP. They did talk about Dec. 16 and left up on the screen for a good 60 sec., that RP was expected to raise $12 Million this quarter.

The best part of this

is that they, the media and pundits and haters, are only talking about who supports Dr. Paul.

At least they aren't talking about who ISN''T supporting Dr. Paul.

I think this is a Net Net positive. Who doesn't like to...you know...do it?

History does not long entrust the care of freedom to the weak or the timid.

:)

Any links of this?

ya know, at least this has

Stopped anyone from talking about the other donors, and it is kinda silly,

Besides, most RP supporters won't care, and if they do care, they'd be supporting Huckabee anyway.

There once was a fellow named Tucker......

A bow-tied despicable .........

ok, never mind about that limerick. Just make up one in your head. :)

But thanks for the exposure Tuck.
It was "supposed" bad press that led me to Ron Paul. Thanks again buddy!

BTW..I'm just a few miles from that bunny ranch..Never been..I swear..

This is a good thing for RP

I think Tucker knows how media works, This story will prolly get more headlines than the 5th, People need to know who he is, and a little Dc greaser like Carlson trying to wag him only makes people look for info on him, Once they do that they're "Duck Soup" !

Bunny Ranch endorsement

I don't think all the press today about the Bunny Ranch owner endorsing RP isa bad thing. I just talked with my mother-in-law, a 73 yr old died-in-the-wool Republican who went to Bush's first inaugeration.

Two months ago she said to me..."Ron Paul is an idiot". She saw the endorsement today, watched a couple of www.freeme.tv video clips I sent her...then called back to ask "when is the next big donation day?" Wow! That's progress folks!

"What have you done for Ron Paul today"?

Is not a good thing

I know of no conservative Christian that will even contemplate voting for a person that looks like support prostitution. BTW you have been here only two days now.

Look around more

You may underestimate the size of the tolerant wing of conservatism. Has something to do with Jesus Christ and his close friend Mary Magdalene. That and a desire for consistent and non-hippocritical positioning.

Take a poll

Talk to people tomorrow, see if they know who Ron Paul is. See if they bring up this stupid story. If they do tell them how Ron Paul really is. It is a tiny blip on the radar.

What conservative Christian will be so judgemental and stupid to believe one silly little story?

Complaining about it and questioning some one else's support because they "just jumped on the bandwagon" is foolish.

"Make fun buddy..." - Ron Paul

I second that, but even

I second that, but even more, Paul has already stated that he does not personally condone Prostitution, he just don't think the Federal Government should be in the business of regulating it.

If anybody asked him this point blank...

He would shoot it down in a heartbeat. It isn't an issue. Any one that supports him knows it is a dumb story. Any one that won't support him because of this wasn't ever going to support him anyway.

"Make fun buddy..." - Ron Paul

That's the point

Why do you think that story keeps going and going for weeks now? They want to smear Ron Paul, but they don't want to come out directly, at least the MSM, so they do it skilfully and use a story that appears to be cute, but really is adversly affecting Paul

www.ronpaul2008.com
www.teaparty07.com

you're correct: the bunny ranch thing is a net negative for us

How many pro-prostitution voters are there in the GOP?

How many anti-prostitution voters are there in the GOP?

The conservatives I know will be very skeptical of this. It's something I'll be busy *explaining* from now on. It will not help win over *anyone* I know in the GOP. While I'm glad that a business owner is supportive of RP, I wish this endorsement had not happened -- at least, not with publicity.

All that said... it's going to get a lot worse before we get through this. We're on the express train to Psy-Op City, boys and girls. Buckle up.

Ummmm

What is your point of the guy only being here for two days. His post did not seem off base to me at all.

I hope this site does not take on some of the bad habits of other RP sites.

"I've been on here longer than you so I know more, nah nah"

Chill out crunchy

I don't pretend to know more than anyone

but people that just jumped into the bandwagon and start posting for the first few days, seem to be very eager to embrace bad publicity.

wow

Who peed in your cornflakes? Cut the guy a break, he has an opinion just like you.

"Make fun buddy..." - Ron Paul

Ok

OK OK I admit it...
I peed in his cornflakes...
Sorry dude, I really had to go

way to go man...

Now we have bad vibes in this thread!

Hmmm, pee, cornflakes, and

Hmmm, pee, cornflakes, and prostitutes...

Allright, I'm gonna keep my keyboard shut :)

Good to hear!

I was just surprised the Tucker was the one to set it up. Of course we could look at it as more press being good press... lol

Tucker set up the Pimp and Hooker story?

A recent Associated Press story about Ron Paul carries a headline that was carefully crafted to turn off many American voters. The headline proclaimed: "Paul Endorsed by Nevada Brothel Owner."

The AP story began: "Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul, an underdog Texas congressman with a libertarian streak, has picked up an endorsement from a Nevada brothel owner," Dennis Hof.

"Picked up," however, is the wrong phrase, since it implies, incorrectly, that Ron Paul had solicited Hof’s endorsement. In actuality, it was a member of the media, MSNBC’s Tucker Carlson, who had done the soliciting. Carlson not only contacted Hof to ask him to check out Ron Paul while Paul was in Nevada, but he even arrived at Ron Paul’s Reno news conference in the company of Hof and two of Hof’s prostitutes. Hof’s presence, which surprised the Ron Paul campaign, then gave Hof the opportunity to be interviewed by the media.

If this is true, then is Tucker trying to sabotage Dr. Paul?

Answer: Yes, Tucker is

Answer: Yes, Tucker is trying to smear Dr. Paul.

He is being sabotage

it has been smear after smear and this one comes with a lot of bad, I repeat bad publicity. The Christian conservatives will be turned off by this.

The CFR and other powers

The CFR and other powers that be haven't even dipped into the second level in their bag of tricks. It's only gonna get worse as RP makes more headway.

Jon Stewart on CrossFire with Tucker

I don't know how old this is but I always thought that Tucker's true colors come through.

I like watching the daily

I like watching the daily show, however, i really dislike when jon stewart pokes at decent news show hosts (and tucker is definitely one of the better ones) but when they fire back he claims to be just a comedian "don't listen to what i say". you can't have your cake and eat it too...

I agree, sometimes Jon can

We should be thanking Tucker daily.

Tucker always segways into Ron Paul like that. He obviously knew what he was doing, and his guests fell right into it.. He will go 'theres no republican candidate who really believes adults should do whatever they want..' Then when the guests yell Ron paul, Tucker will go 'oh, speaking of Ron Paul..' and talk him up for a couple minutes.
