I hope I'm missing your sarcasm...

Your statement ("kids are a luxury") sees people as an expense and a liability, this is a socialist mindset at the mildest. Your statement must logically end in an elite ruling class forcing upon the population an agenda of eugenics and state controlled family planning, amongst other things.

In fact healthy families raising up the next generation is the whole key to economic success in any culture. History shows that when the popluation of a nation begins to decrease so does it's wealth and freedom. You will also find that in any culture where the family has broken down so will have wealth and freedom. An increasing population being raised in healthy families is almost a guarantee of a nation of liberty. A decreasing population (in any setting) will lead to tyranny of the older generation taxing the younger. A population (either increasing or decreasing) where the family has broken down will be riddled with poverty, oppressed women, and men who have no work ethic (and therefor do not work and provide value to the economy).

Don't buy into the lie into which the public schools have been specifically tasked with indoctrinating all of us. That your relationship with the state is more important than your relationship with your family. The plain fact is that by simply getting married and raising a family you can obtain the level of freedom and joy that the families that this country was built upon understood, cherished, and enjoyed.

Our founding familes had little use for the federal governement, because they understood where their personal liberty and influence could most effectively be manifested, at home.

The freedom and agency given to us by God are part of the gospel, and Dr. Paul takes those elements of God's great plan and wishes for them to be experienced by all. While Dr. Paul is not a preacher and does not spread the gospel, per se, what he does is further a political and social culture that is in harmony with the gospel and which provides a context for the free preaching of the Gospel by those so led.
