And Ron Paul knows I love Ron Paul because I told him that when I met him.
But I was disappointed with this interview. He seems to be implicitly supporting the war by advocating milder interrogation tactics. I would have preferred to hear something about NO interrogation tactics, just his usual argument that we should leave Iraq.
he did vote for going after Al Qaeda in Afghanistan. His support for, as you call it "milder interrogation tactics" does NOT mean he support the war in Iraq. Everybody knows there are some Al Qaeda in Iraq after the Bush invasion.
The issue is to show the right balance, as he always is. If you advise no going after Al Qaeda, he will be seen as a sissy and not someone that can be handling security. As you know many in the media already tried to portray him as naive and "soft on terror", which he is not.

I'm taking your points into consideration. And I should have said Iraq AND Afghanistan.
But I've gotten to the point where I am totally disgusted with people failing to protest these wars, which I believe are based on lies and greed and corporatism. What Matthew Alexander extracted from his prisoners may have led to more people getting killed, and I am, as I said, sick of that.

They all were gassed to DEATH after 53 days of torture in 1993 outside of Waco Texas.
I am outraged no one brings up this torture and no one paid for these outrages crimes.
Put your mindself in the place of a 2 or 4 year old with what your government did to these children.
We don`t torture? WTF?
