Why are you here? What is it that you want from your affiliation with Ron Paul? What is YOUR definition of "do their own thing"? And what are YOUR limitations to "letting them"?

Hey, while we're at it, why not let them taze people for smoking when they stop them? I mean, even if it is somehow a usurpation of their rights, it is "good" for them...right? Wouldn't it be good for the rest of us as well since the smoke escapes into the environment? I guess it should be allowed then? Or it should, at the very least, be left up to the discretion of the officer...you-no?

If stopping you for "your papers" without probable cause IS'NT a "clear violation" I don't know what is...you-no?

the pastor is an AWFUL person, he still has rights under the Constitution. That is what we are arguing here. We aren't arguing for him personally. We don't know him and we might not like him. We probably don't like everything about each other here. But, we celebrate each other's rights. I will defend to the end his rights, even if it is to do something I don't agree with.

So, thanks for the info. We don't want to paint the guy as a hero, we just want liberty and the Constitution followed.

So, what, in your world, constitutes a "worthy" beating as opposed to an "unworthy" one? Who exactly should the Cops attack for standing up for their rights as opposed to who they shouldn't? Do hair style and clothing come into your bigotry? How about body weight? I mean, you know, fat people aren't very smart or responsible individuals given that they probably are littering all over the place with those McDonald's wrappers.

I just can't wait for some of those Cops to beat the shit out of fat people and maybe knock some sense into them. When the fat people get the message of who is in charge and who they must obey and that overeating is not to be tolerated, then they can concentrate on the REAL problem...smokers. All smokers should be stopped by Cops and tazed. After all they are a bane to society and NOBODY can argue that someone who pollutes the very air we breathe is anything but an awful person and deserves whatever the state wants to dish out.

Then, after the "awful" smokers are dealt with, we can turn to those assholes that buy foreign cars. Now they are truly awful and are, in fact, terrorists who have frightened the masses with their un-patriotic buying habits. Anyone driving a foreign made vehicle should be tazed for it...simply cuz I don't like foreign made vehicles...they are truly "awful". And if they don't get the message after being tazed, I hope the Cops drag their freakin' faces through broken glass and bust a few ribs...boy that'll get 'em behind the wheel of a Chevette...

BTW I think he is simply a man of conviction. He also goes out door to door and shares the gospel with people because he doesn't want them to go to hell. This is his belief. He lives it, and he is persecuted for it, and he keeps living it none-the-less. I have listened to several of his sermons and found him to be quite a patriot and well versed on our founders ideals. I don't always agree with what I heard from him, and even think he tends to be a bit angry from the pulpit for my taste, but I can't fault the guy for preaching what he believes, and living it too.

The great thing about liberty is that people with all different views should be protected from senseless violence at the hands of the state. I may not agree with what you say, but should I not join with you in defending your right to say it?
